We had a terrible experience. They don t have the customer in mind at all. Terrible communication. Not nice people.
We brought in a pressure washer for repair. They told us the repair was going to be almost as much as a new pump. We had no problem with any of that. It s when we went to pick it up after not getting it fixed when we found out that they wanted to charge us for the assessment. No one told us this at time of drop off, but instead referred to the fine print on the ticket. When my wife asked why we weren t told about the charge she was met with rude comments. When my wife went to pay, she then was told that we d be getting the pressure washer back in a box, as they couldn t put it together for liability purposes. Again, another thing they didn t mention on the front end. Simple principles could have taken care of this whole thing quickly, tell your customer how the process works, tell them when you re going to charge them and then if you don t happen to do the first two, at least be nice and apologetic, rather than make snide and condescending remarks.
