Buffalo Wild Wings Review

Use to love there wings but with the small, medium and large, rather than a number of wings it's hard to know what you are gonna get.

I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings about once every couple months, but this was my first time eating at this location. My boyfriend and I went out for dinner, and we were seated right away. From there, however, things began to go downhill. Not only was our waitress extremely rude about us ordering water, but when I said I needed a minute to look over the menu she rolled her eyes and began to try to take my boyfriend's order. He kindly clarified we needed some time and requested she come back in a few minutes. Once she returned, we both ordered our meals. The food took awhile to come out, but came out fresh. It's hard to mess up boneless wings, so I can't complain on my end. However, my boyfriend ordered Hot BBQ wings and received Honey BBQ. This in itself is not an issue, and he grabbed our waitress and told her the problem. She brought it back, and about ten minutes later a guy walks out holding the four wings from the previous screw up (we both tried one to compare to my Honey BBQ to make sure it was a mistake) coated in Hot BBQ sauce. He walked around saying "Did someone order Honey BBQ?" and another girl (not even involved in the situation) had the audacity to say "Someone said theirs apparently wasn't hot enough, so if that was you, this is yours". So between the fact that they covered up their mistake by piling on a different sauce over the initial error and the rude attitude they had toward the situation which was entirely a mistake on their end, we will not be dining there again.

Some of the menu upgrades the brand has done has made the food better than what it has been over the past few years. The food is still over priced. The location is clean and the service was ok.

Super hot wings, excellent selection of beer. Lots of tv screens with different sports.

Most times I always enjoy this restaurant but today, thanks to mngr. Ian, it was not a pleasant experience. A person's demeanor and attitude say a lot to other's, specially in ab industry in which people should be treated with respect.

I was served by Justin and he was very prompt when making sure I had everything I needed. Had a shandy as well as the pepper jack steak wrap! Both were very good.

Bleu burger was pretty good. Waitress could use more training on the way orders should be taken.

Sauces aren't my favorite compared to other wing places, but the other menu items are very good.

Perfect every time I'm hungry. Wait time is pretty long tho.

Just ok. Food was ok. Service was kind of slow but server was friendly.

During football season, this place is a packed house! Seems as though it's understaffed for football games, and the service is sub par. It's located close to the stadium, but if you're looking to come here during game days for food and drink, I'd recommend somewhere else.

Nice place to to chill an have a drink and some wings.

Parking is what it is... however once in the establishment, good staff with good nature. Enjoyed sitting outside on their patio area and good cold beer.

40 minutes to get a drink and still waiting on food over an hour.

If I could rate no stars I would. This location messes up my order every single thing. This specific time they forgot just my food out of the whole order. My coworkers and I have been at work for over 12 hours and we all decided to get Buffalo Wild Wings but then got the food and they forgot my whole salad. We ordered through door dash because the job we work at is very time consuming and we don t have time to go pick up the food. When I called this location to bring to their attention the fact they forgot my salad, they told me I can contact door dash myself, have my money refunded, or I can go pick the salad up. It was basically up to me to fix THEIR mess up. I will not use this specific location ever again and I will make sure everyone knows not to go to this location. I talked to two separate workers, the first very rude and the second actually hung up on me. Very disappointing and now I am left with no food while my coworkers eat and I wait on my refund to be processed.

Very good food, but not spicy enough although the waiter claimed that what I ate was the second most spicy food they served.

Always packed with students because of it's location but pretty great

Wish I could give it a zero, but Google is too generous. Very slow service, mediocre food at best, and they messed up most orders. If you want a good experience you need to find it elsewhere.

Painfully slow. Called in my order and they said 20-25 minutes. I'm now at 35 minutes and there is like maybe 10 customers in the whole place.

The main attraction of this BWW is that they show UFC consistently. Other than that, it's a pretty typical restaurant. Everyone is friendly mostly and the food is merely okay. Be sure to get there early for UFC though as it can fill up.

I was told that I can't eat here because I brought in some other food when I was meeting with friends whom were eating lunch there. I am a vegetarian and I can't eat any of the food here. They were really inconsiderate and the waiter was rude. I will never go here again. I would recommend going here if you want really bad service.

Good wings. But service has really slowed down. Very loud music and louder crowd. Not a place to go if you want to talk. Deals make the food okay, but the staff don't like to take your order... expect to wait 15 min just to order drinks.

Fast service, this location has the best food compared to other Columbus locations.

B dubs sauces are honestly trash and their traditional wings are like little expensive sticks with a shred of meat. Overpriced take out pretty much...

Food is good, service can be slow. Place is still pretty new so will improve with time.

Takes buckid and can order online/by phone. Great if you are a Ross Math Program participant and want to eat off campus.

Buffalo Wild Wings, BW-3, B-Dubs, or whichever name comes to mind when you think of this place is your prerogative. The food is good, especially if the right person is in the kitchen. The location on Lane Ave & High St in Columbus, Ohio is a good spot to hit up for big games, but can get really busy with the crowds. It even works well for a chill evening with a small group or a relaxed date. There's a decent menu of appetizers, burgers, fries and of course, wings to go along with other menu favorites. The staff is pretty chill for the most part unless you go during one of the busy times. Thai Curry, Lemon Pepper, and Medium are some of my top sauce choices, but try them all and find the one or combination that hits the spot for you.

Great location, good service, standard Bdubs food you expect.

Standard BW3 place, decent food, nice staff, good environment. There's nothing too spectacular about this place, but at the same time they are not terrible. Though wait times do get a bit high at times.

It was ok. Decided to take my boyfriend here for dinner, we ordered the tasting plate, which was pretty good. They didn't give us any tasting plates and the food gave us a bit of a stomach ache because of how greasy it is, but if you can handle that then I say go for it. And also; if you're gonna order a salad, it's absolutely caked in dressing. But again, if that's your thing then I hope you enjoy it. The staff were quite friendly but the lighting made us feel like there was a power outage, I had to use nightsight for this picture lol

My server was as sweet as pie and my wings were hot and ready. One complaint is that the fries come out a little stale and cold

Good food much better than other bdubs in the area.
