Buffalo Grill Review

Very well eaten! But we had to call the waitress to take our order! Fortunately we were not in a hurry

Very good Buffalo, the chef perfectly masters cooking, the waiters are pleasant, the toilets are clean.
No complaints, I recommend and will return.

For summary: it's not what it was.
They rely on their achievements, and they should not.

November 2017: Hamburger completely cold, steak not hot. I send it back. It comes back warm on the edges and the bread hard as wood. The cold center, I let go, my friends were almost done.

March 2018: Reception and unpleasant waitress. I get a hamburger hard as concrete, I can not even push my fork, I send back. A friend (who was 7 months pregnant) receives a rare meat instead of well cooked. She returns, receives a meat still bleeding, returns again and this time it can go. As much to say to you, that it did not eat almost at the same time as us.

Only positive side:
- You can find a table without reserving
- The salad of the beginning offered (but much too much sauce each time)

It is deplorable .. Buffalo is not what it was. I will not be coming back. I prefer to eat a Burger King next door!

Fast service, great and welcoming room, waiters available and lively and smiling, decent prices, OK quality nothing to say. What more can I say ?? ... For me, store is one of my favorite spots on Cerny to eat fast and cheap.

Doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered a well-cooked 400g rib of beef for delivery. Very disappointed when unpacking. Carbonized rib of beef and more than 240g and not 400g. That says a lot about the cleanliness of the grill but also the professionalism of the cook who lets an order go like this .. As far as I had already ordered a hamburger where it was super good, as far as meat level you are zero points

Too bad a lot of waiting.
And children's meals served at the same time as the table (if served before waiting less long and therefore more pleasant for the whole table !! ..)

Scandalous arrived at 14:30 with a pregnant woman we waited more than 15 minutes without anyone coming towards us, nor does it offer us a chair for the future mother and fearing a malaise for our future mother we left

The ketchup for the children and arrived at the end of their dish after 4 requests ..... The straws have arrived jamaos it's me who had to go get them ..
Finally frankly this restaurant has a big lack of organization and responsiveness !!
We are not going back there anymore it's over!

Quick service on a Monday evening. Dinner in 1h of time. Meat arrived almost cold and vegetables very hot but everything was good. Nice waiters. Going to Buffalo, you can not claim excellence, but the meat is however "correct". This was not the case on my last visit to the establishment. I had chosen the steak XXL but the disappointment was at rendezvous.I noted at first glance that it was far to reach the 330 gr announced, that there was a lot of waste and that tenderness left something to be desired. In short, very disappointed. By cons fries although frozen are very good. So negative balance and I doubt that the bison exterminator will see me before a good time!

Of course you must choose meat, it is their specialty ... no salad or fish: burgers, a tartare or the steak and you will not be disappointed.

We decided not to take dessert.
