No visible complaint box / complaint line.

I have been ther a couple of times and each time spent close to an hour just getting a small quotation or when buying items.
The woman at sales literally does nothing and she is rude. All work is done by the man.

I hope afrox management will investigate this issue and take action.
Please check the orders done by both parties and install cameras for future references and to control work ethics.

Everytime I go there I get more disappointed.
