Buyer Beware. Note this is my first ever negative review. Larry was helpful during the sales process. We found a forklift and purchased at the beginning of the year . Had some trouble with delivery and charger was sent without lift connectors, couple days later some of the hoses failed. Contacted Larry and he stated that they would send connectors and to get hoses replaced locally - send him bill. Never got connectors - got hoses replaced and connectors locally. After numerous emails / calls got email that check was being processed. Never came - further attempts to contact were ignored - even have read receipt to see he opened emails. We won't make this mistake again - hope you don't either.

Both Larry and Dustin were very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole buying process ! Made for a very good experience . With hopefully more to come.

Larry was at first helpful. But was told the lift would be 3-5 business days which is what sold us on buying lift from them. We decided to move forward, but was told we had to pay 100% upfront. I was a little iffy about doing so, but had read the reviews and thought it would be fine. The lift didn't show up until close to 3 weeks later. We didn't get a user manual, and asked to get some support for the extra weeks we had to pay for rental. All of a sudden, no response. We started to have leaking fluid from the second day we had the lift and lights showing up on the dash. No instruction manual so hard to know exactly the problem. Zero response from email, voicemail, phone calls. If you don't want to provide service anymore, just call and let me know. Ghosting is unprofessional. I would not recommend Buffalo Forklift for a future purchase.

Beware of this company!! Our company RLD Transportation, Inc. is a transportation broker firm that specializes in shipping forklifts and machinery throughout the United States. United Lift Equipment formerly known as Buffalo Forklift , hired us on multiple occasions to have their equipment shipped from point A to Point B. To date we have shipped 17 loads for them dating back to 2/27/2020, without receiving a penny. Multiple attempts, between emails and calls have been made to give them an opportunity to make a payment on their account or arrange a payment agreement. The owner Arcangelo Capozzolo has been called directly many times in hopes to pay his debt, with no indication that he plans on settling this debt. We do not receive any responses from him or anyone located within their facility. They currently owe our company over $22,000. This is warning to anyone who is thinking about purchasing from them. Unfortunately we are left with no choice but to pursue further action to collect on this debt. I would advise anyone to proceed with caution especially if you are asked to pay for your equipment upfront. This is morally wrong and terrible business ethnics, which is going to have a very negative impact on his company.

I recently purchased 10 scissor lifts and could not be happier with my transaction. The sales associate I worked with, Robert, was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I had explored several other vendors; Buffalo Forklift stood out of the crowd, as their established reputation and superior customer service provided me peace of mind that the other vendors lacked. I'm so happy I opted to purchase through Buffalo Forklift and I would highly recommend them to all of my industry colleagues and business associates. Robert really went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met in an efficient manner without breaking the bank. The entire experience went so smoothly that I couldn't fathom the idea of doing business with anyone else. Buffalo Forklift has definitely set the bar for all Forklift/man lift needs and they really are the "gold standard" in their field. They stand behind there products and have a knowledgeable team that is dedicated to assisting the clients they serve. Thank you Robert and thank you Buffalo Forklift for making my lift buying experience as enjoyable as it was easy!!!

Any positive reviews you see are fake or were posted before they were SCAMMED by this shameful company. Buffalo Forklift / United Lift Equipment have scammed hundreds of people, including our business. I've made it a goal to make purchasers aware of this fraudulent company. You can look at their reviews on BBB as well. They are scam artists.

We had a couple of false starts during the 1st checkout (forklift stalled when side shift was engaged and a hydraulic hose broke lose and sprayed our technician). However, the team at Buffalo Fork Lift made the required fixes and delivered the fork lift on schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Beware, this dealer is now also doing business under the name of United Lift Equipment. I bought a used electric forklift from this dealer. There were several promises made in writing regarding the unit. As I was purchasing interstate I did not see the unit prior to delivery and had to take the dealer's word regarding the condition of the machine. However, when the unit arrived I quickly noticed that several of the details were different from what was noted in the sales contract.

To list a few details: I was told that the unit had been mechanically serviced and that it was ready for operation, had a brand new battery swapped, a brand new seat and new tires. The unit was supposed to have 6000 operating hours on it. The sales contract also stated that the unit would be arriving with a charger as well as 48" forks. Lastly the unit was supposed to have a 3 month warranty on it, which, because I was purchasing interstate I asked how that would be honored and was told that if there were any issues we could have serviced at a local dealer and United Lift Equipment would cover the cost.

Upon delivery of the unit, the charger was missing and the unit arrived with 36" forks. The unit did not have a new battery, in fact one of the cells in the battery was completely dead. The lift was also missing its owners manual. Furthermore, the unit actually had 8500 operating hours. The parking brake was not working. The mast lines were worn down to the braids. This rendered the machine inoperable. Less critical but still noteworthy, the unit did not have new tires and the seat was not new either. I contacted my sales rep and he seemed genuinely apologetic and told me to have the unit serviced locally and that the cost of repairs would be covered by the dealer.

The charger finally arrived about a month after the forklift. After we had a local repair shop assess the condition of the unit I was given a quotation for the cost of repairs, which United Lift Equipment once again confirmed they would cover. So I had the work done to get the machine to operational status, and I tried to contact the sales rep again. At this point I was contacted by the owner Arcangelo from United Lift Equipment stating that my sales rep was no longer with the company because he made false promises and that United Lift had no intention of covering the cost of the equipment repairs. This was after confirming multiple times in written documentation stating that they would cover all the costs of repairing the issues, even confirming and giving the go ahead when given the repair quotation prior to repairs. All of this took place within the 3 month warranty period which was noted in the sales contract. Also, everything is documented either in the sales contract or email chains which I have saved. I will never be doing business with this dealer again, and would strongly advise against anyone in the market for lift equipment from buying from this dealer!

Buffalo Forklift was very beneficial in locating our company the Forklift we needed for our application. The sales rep. was very helpful and communicated with us for several days until we found the right lift. Like to thank CEO of Buffalo for his quick response on some questions that we had and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I would highly recommend this company for anyone trying to find a lift for all applications. Top-notch group!

Arcangelo I purchased a 2007 lull and his company could not get it ready in time for a job I had so he personally upgraded me to a machine 2 years newer and next size up at same cost also always answered all my texts in a very timely manner. I recommend his company very highly goes over and beyond Bart
