Larry was at first helpful. But was told the lift would be 3-5 business days which is what sold us on buying lift from them. We decided to move forward, but was told we had to pay 100% upfront. I was a little iffy about doing so, but had read the reviews and thought it would be fine. The lift didn't show up until close to 3 weeks later. We didn't get a user manual, and asked to get some support for the extra weeks we had to pay for rental. All of a sudden, no response. We started to have leaking fluid from the second day we had the lift and lights showing up on the dash. No instruction manual so hard to know exactly the problem. Zero response from email, voicemail, phone calls. If you don't want to provide service anymore, just call and let me know. Ghosting is unprofessional. I would not recommend Buffalo Forklift for a future purchase.
