I chose them for a mortgage expense claim, they rush you to bring them the papers and the power of attorney for them to file the lawsuit and then they take more than 2 months to file it.
You call them asking for information on how the issue is going, the one who attends you knows what is fair and tells you that they will call you, days and days go by and nobody calls.
I hope the lawyers issue does well, but in dealing with the fatal client. That minimum that a person who has called several times is called back to inform him.
Another thing, do not expect a copy of the demand, they do not give it to you, you can see it but they do not give it to you, it is a demand in your name and they refuse to give it to you because they say that they are their norms.
That said, I hope that the lawsuit is won by the bank and that both the Firm and I win, but I will not return to them if I need a lawyer and I will not recommend them.

My case has to do with Bankia. After rejecting their services because Bankia makes the return public. This scam-law firm demands the 10% that appeared in the contract after two years, when it never contacted us, nor did it ever send us an invoice since we canceled its contract. But beforehand, your attorney (regardless of the law firm) claims your expenses (judicially) expenses that we pay for understanding that you did your job.
When claims reach us through the courts, we go to their facilities and the deal is null. These professionals are more scammers than the cases they handle. They cheat, lie and play it on you. Any neighborhood attorney is more efficient than they are. For our part, we denounce our case in the bar association and it is here where it seems that they give us the reason with respect to their malpractice, something that I recommend doing all those clients who could feel cheated and scammed by this Firm and its attorney, already that the sheet signed with this firm does not say that the attorney should pay it separately.
