In June 2020 I contacted them to process a claim, pay the amount they told me and wait for the assigned lawyer to contact me.
Since then I have been calling and sending emails, but 6 months later I still have not been able to speak with my lawyer Iraida Adell, nor have they told me anything.
I am considering hiring another firm to claim damages.
