If I could give you a 0 I would!!! Worst hospital I have EVER been to!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! They are the worst clinic to ever go to. My doctor took a vacation and they're telling me I can't reup on my medication until he gets back. How convenient is that?!?! The doctors are always taking a vacation, like how is anyone suppose to be treated if they're gone?!? I thought Denison, IA hopital was worse but I was wrong. They're rude on the phone and they keep transferring me back and forth on the phone to the same people I just spoke to. They should hire doctors that are smarter and more reliable. This hospital isn't even that clean. They do a half ass job cleaning the rooms.DONT EVER GO THERE. YOU'LL HAVE BETTER LUCK IN IDA GROVE!!!

I thought hospitals were open around the clock, NOT PART TIME!!! @$$H0!_3$!!!

ER is horrible! If you want an exorbitant bill for a missed diagnosis this is the place for you. Head of ER is rude!!

I was there 2 days for a total knee replacement and I had exceptional care. Everyone works so well together as a team and they listen to you. I would highly recommend this wonderful, local facility to anyone. Thanks to you all....each and every one of you...

Labor and Delivery, Most of the staff is friendly and supportive. It is just too bad that one labor and delivery nurse can ruin a first time mother's experience. Twice Beth suggested we leave during my daughters labor and then were not there to support her for the emergency c-section. My daughter and her husband were not kept informed and did not understand completely what was going on. Would not recommend this hospital for delivery.

I called the doctors office and they told me there s nothing they can do to help me and to call or go to the er here. I called the ER and they told me they can t help me to go to the doctors or try another Er. How pathetic are these people. You get your license to help people in need. Not to sit in the office and Dittle around. I went in with a stomach ache before and they couldn t help me then, they pumped me with injections that made my pain much worse. The guy Bryan that works in the er didn t even bother to look at my records to see what he can do to help. This hospital is a sham. They show up to be paid but cant and refuse to help their patience

No one wants to go to the ER, but I accompanied a friend to the hospital at about 4AM with a very serious allergic reaction, which was potentially life threatening. Quick admission, knowledgeable and professional medical staff acted fast and effectively, and discharge was a breeze. (Kris at the admission desk is a gem!) It's reassuring to know that we have such quality and comprehensive care just down the street. Thank you!

Great service and very friendly staff. I am very pleased with the service I received from the staff at the emergency entrance and the main entrance. I am glad I chose this as my hospital to give birth.
