Horrible service, we leased a bus in the airport on the 21st of July, the bus was dirty and in a bad condition, we brought back on 28th of July to Budget Mecca Street, we were charged almost usd 100 for the gasoline shortage although the actual refill was less than half of the amount. I wonder how such a big barns speculates on customers!!! Will never lease again in Budget Jordan

Seemed to be really good over the phone until they got to the procedures and paperwork part. They wanted to take a signature of mine on a blank credit card swipe that permitted them to basically then take any amount they deemed fit, in future, without further authorisations from me!! That has got to be so illegal! This, aside from blocking AED 1200 as a security deposit on my card.
