Excellent company, excellent products, I have installed 4 Buderus boilers for 16 years and have hardly ever given me any problems. Too bad for the assistance to which this company relies ..... rude, arrogant and ignorant people. A sincere advice is to carefully evaluate the installers to whom you entrust the image of your company .... I contacted a certain Rocca Antonio of San Germano Chisone for a problem with a boiler ..... he kept me 20 minutes on the phone and then told me that he didn't care about maintenance (he earns too little. ...?!?). No problem, I'll call my plumber .... and I will evaluate for the next boiler check before installers who are the deputies to their maintenance ...... Greetings!

3-year boiler. It gives problems to every start and winter, paid dearly and expensive and painful assistance !!! Brand not recommended!

After two weeks I have not yet received assistance.

It is not possible that in 2020 in Val Badia there is not adequate assistance for the boilers, now I have broken the so-called, I have thrown out the Buderus boiler and I have installed a Weishaupt !!!!! happy ??
