I was working in BPT parent company in Japan (Kaneta kogyo,Hamamatsu). The company hired brazilians temporary workers with low pay e high overtime with no benefits who japanese employes have. (bonus, alowances). The machines is old and unsecure. Quality is near to zero. Run from this company.
