Very bad service I m trying to call office and sells rep they never pick up phone and they never get back call I sended lot voicemails but they never call back I don t get any redbull products last 2 months

Worst vendor. We have not had a delivery in 2 months. The delivery truck has to drive by my business to get to 3 other business. Now I hate to say that its little business out, but it is absolutely true in this case. The national chains, in my town, Marathon, Certified, Family Dollar & Dollar General receive their deliveries & haven't missed one day. We are a small mom-pop & have gotten nothing from them, oh wait one red bull rep offered me a free can of red bull for my troubles. I have reached out to all levels of this company to no avail. I have received a phone number from one corp rep, i have called it too many times to count, with return response. Worst experience I have ever had in over 10 years of business. I would have given zero stars but system would not allow that.

They refuse to answer dozens of voice mails. They refuse to answer calls to sales rep cell phones or to district mgr cell phones. They refuse to deliver new product consistently. They refuse to credit expired product consistently. Honestly, red bull has been one of the worst vendor partners i ve dealt with in two decades of retail mgmnt in and around columbus ohio. Even their corporate office refuses to answer voice mails. I have no idea why red bull insists on being their own distributor. They absolutely suck at it. Their sales reps are sub par and their district mgrs have no accountability.
