They refuse to answer dozens of voice mails. They refuse to answer calls to sales rep cell phones or to district mgr cell phones. They refuse to deliver new product consistently. They refuse to credit expired product consistently. Honestly, red bull has been one of the worst vendor partners i ve dealt with in two decades of retail mgmnt in and around columbus ohio. Even their corporate office refuses to answer voice mails. I have no idea why red bull insists on being their own distributor. They absolutely suck at it. Their sales reps are sub par and their district mgrs have no accountability.
