Cute place to come and sit with friends prior to Covid. Good drinks and friendly staff! I do find the Taro Bubble Tea tastes a bit different here than Chattime, it's alot more sweet.
Bubble Tease
I love the black tea! Its super good and they are generous with the tapioca pearls. Although I recommend getting the larger size because the sugar is super sweet for the smaller option. I wish they added more options to decrease the amount of sugar you can put.
Doesn't listen to customer orders whoever is working right now... even with the previous customer he was NOT listening... he was more interested with keeping 3 people in the restaurant rather than using his non existent customer service skills, he also made my drink wrong just terrible guy in the morning is much better
The store itself is well designed and seated with a lot of students sipping bubble tea. I like the high ceilings and the hanging metal chains as dividers between tables to provide a sense of privacy. Overall, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The bubble tea ordered was taro with pearls. The taro was sweeter than expected. Will try again and request that the sugar levels be reduced. There was no lineup when ordering but a slow stream of customers came through while I was there.
I've been here a couple of times. The bubble tea and desserts are good. The service for dining in isn't too great. They seem laid back. Be specific with your bubble tea order and double check.
Every time I come here it takes so long to make my order even when I'm the only customer there. Imo some of the drinks are overpriced, but the taste is alright
Nice ambience,. Good customer service, very attentive and friendly. It's nice to just sip your bubble tea and just relax with friends or families. My daughter and I usually hang out here and just have a little chit chat. Their deep fried fish balls and sauce are amazing. You will have to find out what's your favourite bubble tea flavour in order to enjoy it. We usually order the Golden Assam tea with tapioca which we really enjoy. I recommend this place anytime.
I tried bubble tea for the first time. Personally not a big fan, but there's a lot of different stuff to try here. My friend tried the silk sunset and she loved it. I loved the matcha too!
My family and I generally have a good experience when visiting Bubbletease. Drinks are what you'd expect from a bubble tea place. Wish they had more traditional options like wintermelon and some dairy free alternatives. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice. It gets lively in the evening and can lead to some wait time. One of the employees Ashley provided us with exceptional service and handled a mistake in our order really well. The tapioca was very fresh as well.
I was at the shop yesterday and ordered bubble tea, the Customer Service provided by the associates was excellent. I highly appreciate the way they valued and dealt with customers. I liked the shop and my experience was great. 5 - Star for the the customer service provided by the agents working there. One of the few bubble tea shops that I will recommend as the overall experience was really nice.
