My experience with BTM on my current order of (20) PCO-100-V130 cylinders has been a night mare. These cylinders were ordered through one of BTM's distributors on November 14, 2016 with a promised ship date of December 8, 2016. It is now January 4, 2017 and I still do not have my cylinders. I have a brand new weld fixture setting idle because I don't have the parts from BTM to air it up. I've been in Mechanical Design for almost 30 years and have never had a parts order, of what I preceived as a shelf item, to take this long. They earn NO stars from me, but I had to pick 1 in order to post.
