Bryant Place feels like home. The office staff have been very warm and welcoming. Sabrea has been a big part of my great experience at Bryant Place. She always greets me with a smile and happily helps me with whatever I need.

I lived here in college and I still get anxiety from even seeing this place. Parties, drugs, getting cat called in the parking lot, had my smoke detector start beeping and couldnt get maintenance to fix it, they ll move in random old men to your apartment bc every room is a separate lease, overpriced, DIRTY, loud, office was rude, they prey on highschoolers that don t know any better.

Due to the snow storm my daughter and her roommates apartment flooded. My daughter reached out to me in a panic and we moved her and two of the other three roommates into our home. The management exhibits a lack of communication. They failed to notify my daughter and her roommates who moved here of availability of an apartment they come move to temporarily. After a few days they told of this and that possibility of moving into a motel/hotel if no rooms were available. They were already settled in here and that was an inconvenience at that point. After talking to management they were told the carpet would be replaced and treated to prevent mold. In the meantime they refused prorating them their rent due to not being able to live in their apartment. They refused to prorate the rent and referred them to Corporate. They called Corporate and got voicemail and left a message. Corporate did not call back, but instead forwarded the message back to management. As of today carpet has been replaced but baseboards have yet to be installed. It has been exactly three weeks at this point and still no prorating is being offered. Frustrated students and parents to say the least.

I was so excited to move in and go off to college, living with 3 of my friends I knew very well. The first day we showed up we realized we had a handicapped apartment which no one ever mentioned to us. The showers were different, the kitchen counters were lower and it was not what we thought we we re receiving. On top of that we have water damage in the living that is now starting to mold which they tried to bleach and paint over. We also had a sprinkler system bust in our roof that left water damage which has not been fixed and it s been about 3 months. The property manager actually told me to my face that they would get it fixed and still has no. If you are a broke college student there are other places for the same price that are MUCH better.

The worst, I am disappointed in their service, consideration of placing with roommates older than my daughter. She said pets okay but they didn t ask what kind and she placed with roommates with multiple cats and no expectation of cleaning, yuk.
Never could get heating to work right.
Then they had no concept of COVID guidelines expecting people to continue to live there after college and state closed. They continue to harass for payment.

I feel like I've been treated unfairly with the mattress I was given upon move in. I thought everyone had the springy hard mattress that I have which is very difficult to sleep on and hurts my back. Turns out my room mates have these nice MEMORY FOAM mattress that they all sleep on. I just feel like its unfair to other residents when we all pay the same price and sign the same lease. I called management about it and was told that it was only a bulk order for those type of mattresses. I feel like if something is going to change in a unit then it should be changed to that standard on all the units and not skimped out trying to save money on mattresses and keep the old ones I'm sleeping on now.

My son is a resident at Bryant Place. He enjoys living there and I think it is a good place for him. I like that the office staff try and take care of his concerns, though we never had many issues. I also like that they have a courtesy officer that is available 24/7. Makes me feel a lot better as a mom!

An overall lack of sympathy and communication plagues the apartments management. If you run into a problem the current management's entire dedication is to get money. If you inform the office of damaged items in your apartment you will receive no check up. Then later they will charge you for said items even after writing them down. My entire expectation from my time at this apartments was never talk to management. They don't care about you. Upon being forced out of home due to a flood and subjected to a lack of sympathy, communication and respect. For an entire month I, and three other tennant were not in our apartment. Upon discussing having industrial fans in my room, that were drying out the walls that has holes in them and the carpet that soaked 2 inches of water, I was told by the management that they have it WORSE than I and it's not a big deal. With no internet, water and fans blasting we above a safe limit of unprotected ears I was met with the most unprofessional staff. Upon discussing the limitations on a college student and at home worker was told simply, "just do your work in the office." They don't seem to care. I don't think I could spend 12 hours a workday in their office in the middle of a pandemic.
