Attention, staff of the dishonest tourist office. They had no qualms about nagging us with Brussels visit cards knowing that we were students and -25 years old! However, museums already offer significant discounts for students, making visit cards useless.
Disappointing for first contact with Brussels
Also beware of the tempting promotions offered by the visit cards in the shops and breweries ... the traders do not respect the conditions of the promotions, in all bad faith.

No free plan (1 the card without any explanation on the places to visit). Themed walking guides compared to other districts than the center ... We bought a book to discover Brussels in pedestrian mode, it is not up to date (attractions and monuments closed) and without a map next to it, unusable. Very disappointed with the services offered by the office, however friendly staff. In summary, unfortunately it is better to inquire before, and not rely on this office. Too bad for the European capital.

Bad experience. The attendants have no desire to explain how combos work. We went on 04/25/18 in the center of Grand Place. We bought the Brussels Card online and were treated very badly when exchanging the voucher. The attendant yelled at me !! The employees ridiculed us for not mastering French and spoke to each other in a tone of mockery. I was amazed at the bad manners of these people who work to provide information to tourists. I do not recommend it and would never go back to look for information in this place.

A beautiful city centre with many interesting older buildings. The highlights for me were the Grand Place (for its unique architecture), The Cathedral (for its magnificent stained glass windows) and The Galeries Royales St Hubert (a lovely covered shopping arcade).

Not very friendly. They didn't explain much to us. The map costs 1 euro and I think that you have to pay for explanations as well, because he only gave us the map and the girl told us to visit the center and then we would see everything there. It is better to buy a guide before coming or do some research on the Internet. To see the frescoes of the comics there is an Internet site that gives you the list and address of all!

You cannot imagine how much I enjoyed from here. I never communicate with a city like what I experienced here. Highly artistic and technological way of presentation of the Brussels city in very interactive way. I really appreciate from creative minds that have designed and executed this place.
I highly highly recommend.

Wheelchair accessible + bathroom. Always help there who speaks English. If you don't see something you'd like in the available fliers in English, ask at the desk, they might have one there. I recommend stopping here before you go exploring the city! It's worth the extra stop!

We spoke to one if the younger men in the shop. He was rude and full of attitude, telling us he couldn't advise what to visit in town as it was our own business. Worst service I had in a tourist information office

Very attentive staff, expressed their opinion in order to help us decide which pack to choose. We opted for the 3 days in the museums and hop on / off, I advise the hop on / off since the city really has a lot to see and everything is spread out, except there in one of the main streets, where there is a painting museum with some 7- 9 floors below the street floor.
