I have now done business with this Dodge dealership two separate times! I also have had 2 family members do business there as well. Both times have been the best experience. Kevin Greene has been one of the easiest and most professional salesmen I have ever worked with at a dealership. Not to mention he worked his tail off to get me a deal. He truly was amazing and I cant thank him enough. Also their customer service is spot on every time I go there. They truly work for you and make sure you're satisfied! Kevin Greene is the person to see!
Brunswick Toyota is always kind, and filled with integrity. Ben did a great job in the automotive intake for my Rav 4 car maintenance check-in/check-out. He was assuring I got a discount I didn't know I could receive because I replaced my tires there. I had a problem with my car last month due to some construction near my home. I brought my SUV in this week for them to check the vehicle. It had been getting better, when they did a thorough check they realized the car was fine. I came in worried, and left taken-care-of and appreciative. From Sandy on the phones, Ben's intake for car maintenance and Ardel's wonderful sales skill, I will continue to support Toyota.
Had an easy and hassle free buying experience at Brunswick Toyota. The Salesman and Credit Manager were a pleasure dealing with. I got the car I was looking for and was able to finance through Toyota. Good terms on the purchase.
Overall it is still best to buy a car in person!!!

Kathy told me that I m approved with $500 down payment after she ran my credit and verified my income. Then I have emergency so I left and I came back another day.
I came with down payment. Kathy ran my credit again, and told me I wasn t approved unless I have to put $3000 down payment.
I was very confused because few days ago I was approved.
Then she told me there s $2500 fees for gap insurance to cover in case I default on the loan. So from $15,000 becomes $17,500 loan. That s very suspicious.
My guess that $2500 is for the fees and my $500 goes to the car. That s why I need $3000
Obviously I won t be qualified if my limit was $15,000
I know I have bad credit, and I m a bit desperate but I m not stupid. I can see what s going on with this extra down payment.
$3000 I can get a decent used car, but I want newer car with lower mileage
Many of their used vehicles need service. Oil wasn t even changed. That s the easiest they can do especially when they re asking RETAIL VALUE
I know used car in high demand that doesn t means the lack of service and charge retail.

My family was shock for my experience, because we bought 7 cars from them ever since 2010 and this is by far the worst experience.
We had a great experience with Victor at Brunswick Auto Mart. Our Jeep Wrangler was ordered and came in early!! He was very thorough with the demo of the Jeep and he accessed his iPad several times during our experience. We love it.
Service visit. Bought the car here and this was a courtesy first free oil change and tire rotation. All went very smoothly - at the appointment time they took it in right away, gave a time estimate of 45 min to an hour, and that's just about what it took. Bill texted me when it was done. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I was on my way.
I always get very very good or excellent service at Brunswick Auto Mart. That is one reason I've bought 4 cars there. My one complaint or maybe two happens at most dealerships. The free car wash sucks! The car gets wet on top and nothing on the bottom or wheels. You come out to a well serviced but half dirty car that you have to have washed properly. Come on people or management, we pay big money for our cars, lets treat them like you expect us to treat them. With all of the state of the art car washes out there, you can do better for us! Secondly and almost more important are the donuts> If you have a 11 or 12 o'clock appointment, you missed the boat! Let the staff have their own donuts and quit eating all of ours! I don't want any peanut butter crackers, I want good old fattening donuts! Every time I come in I can see most of the staff has gained weight! "Only kidding about that", but you get my point. In ending I will get serious and say My Subaru Forester is in good hands when at Brunswick Auto Mart!
Ravi Patel is amazing. He took his time showing us different cars. He didn't pressure us to get any car. Ravi took his time and explaining all the numbers and the different between all the cars we looked at. Go see Ravi!!
