Not the polished auction house you're looking for.
REPUTABLE? A JOKE. I’ve dealt with many auctions and witnessed many unethical practices. Deceptive, dishonest, and lying are words that come to mind. The idea of an auctioneer presenting an honest and complete description of an item, with accurate photos, was what I erroneously thought I had with Brunk. They offer authenticity but deliver FRAUD—deliberately hiding flaws behind artfully limited photos and vaguely worded descriptions that would make a snake oil salesman blush. It doesn’t matter if it was intentional; what matters is how they handled it aftarwards. More deception and failures and a VP that asked me to call only so she could tell me how completely and utterly wrong I was-rudeness, a lack of solutions and definately no responsibility on their part for misleading practices. I WON'T be their next victim—and neither should you. BUYER BEWARE is their VPs position.
