I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and so has my dog, Starr. The management team run an efficient business and customer service is outstanding. I want to commend Katie Gall for her support and communication while living here. I also want to thank Don for his excellent care-taking of this facility. I don't know how he does it but he keeps the entire Barnbeck looking so pristine. The landscaping crew is wonderful and I have enjoyed looking at the pretty flowers and bushes. We will miss the people and dogs we have met. We leave only because I have been offered a new job in NYC and have to move closer; otherwise, I would not think of leaving.

We needed a new apartment for my dad in 2017, and he moved into Barnbeck Place in Brookfield. What a positive experience. The apartments are beautiful and in a very convenient location. My father is a challenge, and he has posed some challenges for the BRT team. They have been helpful in so many ABOVE AND BEYOND ways. I'd recommend BRT every day of the week!

I lived in Spring Ridge. It is located in a quiet environment and BRT takes care of maintenance very well. (usually responds within a day upon request). The staff in office are very responsive and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I was contacted by Teresa LaCroce of BRT General Corporation looking for commercial fitness equipment for one of their properties. She expressed how important it was to offer quality equipment to her tenants. She didn't want random machines that no one would use. She wanted it to be inviting, not intimidating, something everyone would take pleasure in using. Teresa was very hands on throughout the planning and selecting of the equipment. It was a pleasure working with someone like Teresa who genuinely cares for the well being of people My self and my company, Pro Gym Supply, look forward to working with Teresa LaCroce and BRT on future projects.

I stayed at Barnbeck place, and had a great experience. The staff and my neighbors are friendly. On my floor, it is quiet. I cancelled my lease early because I am relocating closer to work, and Katie was very helpful in helping me in the transition. These apartments offer a great value with their added gym. Snow removal has been good, so no issues from last winter.

I have no issues with BRT management. I have never had a problem with response time to a work order. I am pleased with the work they do. The office staff was very helpful when we wanted to upgrade to a larger apartment. They were informative, patient and fair. We have been renting from BRT for over 10+ years. - Wendy Marshall

We have lived at Spring Ridge for a year, their maintenance and response time is horrible. Their staff gives no notice, and their office staff is ineffective and rude. They are more worried about dog poop then plowing their roads after a snow storm. Roads totally untouched, side walks not done and not a single plow or worker on site in almost 24 hours. Cars are stuck and unable to leave due the amount of built up snow and ice now at this point. We have made SEVERAL calls during the day to request anyone to show up and do something but requests were ignored completely. Being 8 months pregnant and an essential worker with an all wheel drive car I still got stuck. Bravo for the fail to the all the tenants you didn't service or were not able to help themselves.

I lived at Barnbeck Place for 16 months and it was a very pleasant experience. The building is well made and upscale. It was very clean and always quiet. The management was always accomadating and professional. I only left because I purchased a new home. I would rent here again if needed.

I had a very nice stay at Brook view commons. The apartment is awesome but the best thing is management. I broke my lease early but they helped me a lot with the transition.
