I had my eyebrows waxed here whilst visiting Denver from Australia last July, and it was honestly the best brow wax I've ever had! The lady was really lovely and she shaped my brows so perfectly. Now that I'm back in Sydney I can't find anywhere that is as good!
Great customer service, I absolutely love the music and the vibe. They do excellent brows no matter who you go to, any level is great.
Ask for the price prior to making an appointment!! Each specialist has a different 'level' and I was charged more for a Level 3 than a Level 4 person, when in reality it should be the opposite. When I asked why, they said the price changed. I also left with tint all over my face and uneven eyebrows. Will not be returning.
Side note: Stephanie is fantastic and when I got them done the first time with her, I gave a 5 star review.

Called them at 3. They were able to get me in at 3:15! Caitlin did an excellent job on this thread newbie! Super relaxing experience! I felt rejuvenated after just 15 min in the chair and my brows look on fleek! I even got a few pointers for upkeep. Worth the cost!

I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was from booking to close of service. The easy of booking an appointment was great and very self explanatory even for someone technology challenged. The salon was bigger than I expected from the appearance outside. Walking in noticed the clean smell and bright and airy feel to the space. Check in was easy and pleasant the young lady was welcoming. Abigale was wonderful to work with. I was pleased with the fact she took the time to read my profile regarding my mishap with another salon that butchered my eyebrows. I liked that I wasnt felt like I needed to change the way i look or add to my look she listened to my story and assured me we could fix the eyebrows and get me onto a schedule to fix the damage. I was open to her suggestions over wax vs threading and glad I decided to follow her suggestion of threading less painful and no crazy rudolph red eye lids and upper brows leaving for my walk home. Overall I was please with the entire new experience to threading and finding a salon that is skilled and experienced. I look forward to returning and referring clients and friends to this salon. I got my Brows done here for the first and I LOVE THEM!! They are very nice and professional. They will ask how you want your brows not just wax them all off. I will be coming back for sure! Parking is a little hard but worth it.
Stephanie is THE best. The only other person I trust besides myself, is her. Planning a visit to see her next time I m in town, she is worth traveling for. She takes her time and doesn t rush. She is the ultimate perfectionist. Unless you re walking, leave 10 min early to find parking.

I've been coming to Brows for years and wouldn't trust anyone else. Every tech I've visited with takes the time to get to know what you are looking for and gets your brows into shape quickly and relatively painlessly. Threading here is fantastic! I also recommend getting makeup done here - they did mine once for a photoshoot very dramatic and once for a friend's wedding very natural and both times made me look and feel great!!
Every time I have been to brows, the ladies have always provided great service and I always leave feeling great.
Went here for the first time yesterday and saw Kai. She took the time to hear what I wanted and we are working toward my brow goals. Took a lot of time perfectly shaping my brows, very pleased with the outcome. I don't think I'll ever go any where else.

I have very thick black brows that tend to grow in a rectangle (I'm half Indian). Through some magic, Bridgette trims and arches them like no one else has managed to do, while still preserving the thickness. She is also incredibly kind and cares about your feedback, not that I've had any response outside of awe, because she is a true master of her craft. I receive so many compliments on my brows, and the credit is all hers.

I just got my eyebrows done for the first time here and the owner did them. I was thinking $30 was a little steep for a brow wax, but it was well worth it! She was super nice and paid close attention to detail. I even got a high five today from a random person because they liked my eyebrows so much! Definitely would recommend!
Started coming here a little while ago and the vibe here is unbeatable. Esmeralda is my regular esthetician and she never disappoints! I highly recommend her to any new clients that may have never had their brows worked on before as she definitely helped my brows reach their full potential having never done them at a salon before.
Taken my lady here twice now and she's loved it both times, safe to say this is our new Brow place! They have been blowing up and are usually busy, with that said they do accept walk ins BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPOINTMENT.
I am no brow expert, and I did not get my brows worked on, plucked, or what have you here, so here's a niche review: my wife has always been elated with the service she's gotten here, waiting for her during her appointment is pleasant, and the prices are fair, so I'd recommend this place, for what it's worth.
After going to a level II person, one brow is COMPLETELY different than the other. To the point that multiple people have pointed it out to me. She said maybe 2 words total to me, didn t even tell me when she was done and didn t give me the hand mirror to look at the results. I had to quickly glance at the large mirror before she was done with me. I can t even make them even because one brow is so small it ll look bad for my face shape. I m so disappointed for how much I paid for horrible service and the worst eye brow job I ve ever seen. Now I wait for one to grow out and I won t be coming back or recommending.

After searching for years for my "go-to" brow place in Denver, this is it!!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating , and the space is airy and cute. Mika was AWESOME and extremely thorough with my brows, asking questions throughout the process and explaining her technique so that I felt comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE, and soooo worth the drive from my Wash Park neighborhood.

Caitlyn is great! My eyebrows were horribly shaped so I let them grow out to get them shaped professionally. I am always scared to let people near my brows but the work she did was excellent! I loved them!

Booked for an eyebrow tint, laminate, and shaping. Specifically for my brows to be as similar to one another as possible. Only to be left with the UGLIEST brows i ve ever seen. Completely uneven, discolored, and misshaped. Not what I asked for AT ALL. I was ashamed to be seen in public. Not coming back again, I recommend going anywhere else.

I love getting my eyebrows done by Anisa! I had different growth patterns and she was able to help me grow them out evenly without looking like a hot mess. You can tell she s super particular, but she s also efficient which I really appreciate! I m new to Denver, but I tell everyone I know to go to Anisa!!!
Michelle is amazing! Their service and client focus is incredible - I was running late for an appointment due to another appointment I had before running behind and they were super flexible and accommodated me when most other places in Denver would have been sorry, no luck and charged me a late fee. On top of that, best brow shaping I ve ever had.

I have red hair and blonde eyebrows. Amber does an amazing job tinting them to a good color that doesn't make me look like a clown! Love this salon.
Worked with Hannah for a few weeks and she is terribly rude and unappreciative. She calls people crooks but she is a total crook who wants things for free and when she does not get them complains. Do not use Brows on 15th because of Hannah!! You've been warned

I usually see one aesthetician but she was booked. I came here and signed up for a level 4 aesthetician. A root canal was better than that experience. She was a snob, was eerily silent throughout getting my eyebrows waxed, and flipped the chair up to say goodbye. And the cost for brows and lip waxing $46. Front desk people are just snobbish as that aesthetician. I will never go back here after that experience. I refuse to pay for snobby attitudes and overpriced services.

I think it's awesome that most of the reviews are positive experiences unfortunately that's not the case for me. Although, my specialist was really nice. I wanted my brows cleaned up and keep the shape but my specialist (level 3 specialist) said she couldn't do much. This was definitely not worth $28. I would much rather go to the mall brow threaders.

Good, reliable eyebrow threading services here. They typically run on time and I have rarely waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Different stylists do have different attention to detail, some requiring more specific direction than others. They are relatively pricey, but there is little competition in the area for threading. The receptionists are always very friendly. Parking can be easy or a huge pain depending on the time of day and day of the week.

This place is the best thing that has ever happened to my eyebrows - I was rather good at shaping my eyebrows and maintaining them myself, but now I don't even touch them. Esther is my go-to gal - I'm sure the others are great, but I stick with her because she rocks!
Amber at Brows is absolutely amazing!! The first time I visited her, I thought she was taking every brow hair off my face and I was worried until I saw the amazing results. Turns out it only feels that way because it she is paying attention to every small detail. If you want to have perfect brows and a pampered experience, Brows and Amber is the way to go.

I've been loyal to Brows since spring of 2016 and stylist Amber, is amazing at maintaining brow shape and aesthetic by threading instead of waxing-a treatment that in the past has irritated my skin. I had never tried threading before coming to Brows and I am so happy with the results! I would recommend this beauty studio to anyone wanting to get professional brow care, but Brows offers a lot of other great services besides just eye brows. I get my brows threaded every 4-5 weeks and Amber always does an absolute killer job that earns me consistent compliments.
