Their use of trademark nutrients are extremely helpful when explaining our private label to customers.

I was hesitant to carry private label in my stores because I thought I would have to sacrifice quality. I didn't want to sell products with my name on them knowing they were inferior. That all changed when I found Reliance, thanks to some great industry friends! Now my private label items are the highest quality in my stores, at a great price, and with my own personal labels. On top of that, my Reliance sales rep is a rock star!! She's in my store every month making sure we are successful. Thank you!!!

So far a little concerned about this company. Tried to contact them several times this morning after 8 o'clock. The phone message said the offices are currently closed, but their hours are supposedly 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. It is currently just before 9 o'clock on a Tuesday.

These guys are a joke. They screwed around for months on quotes for me then when they finally got back to me they quoted $80 for a 2lb container of whey isolate. It would have cost us 100 grand for protein. Good luck retailing that to make a profit. Move on and find a real manufacturing company.

Originally - we had issues getting in touch with their team due to some system changes. Once we did finally get in touch their business manager was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, sent us all the requested info and guided us further through what she thought we would need. Sent samples quickly for review. All in all a very convenient and top notch experience.

I own Health Haven in New Jersey and have been dealing with Reliance Vitamin Company since I opened in 1982....WOW! 38 years! I definitely would not be as successful without a great quality private label. I get such great feedback on all the Support formulas, and the Fem Support, is by far, my best selling product in the whole store. As a small store, my customers let me know what works and doesn't work, and my Reliance private label has given me the confidence to sell a line that gets results! Although returns are few, I appreciate that Reliance stands behind their product and has a no hassle returns policy. My sales rep Bill Palat keeps me informed on new products, but more, has helped me understand my market, and given me invaluable suggestions over the last 30 plus years of ups and downs of the economy. And now, with the restrictions here in New Jersey, his help, guidance and suggestions have been invaluable. During this pandemic, when more people are ordering online, my customers' loyalty to my private label as kept me 'afloat'.
My motto has been "Solutions over Sales, People over Profits". My longevity is in part, due to my partnership with Reliance, a company that thinks the same way.
