I've dealt with quite a few Realtors in the past and have never had such a positive experience as I did with Bernie from Brownstone. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped me find a home here after relocating from California. Not only help me find a home but showed me around, catered to my changing needs and put in the extra hours to find me exactly what I was looking for. I can not imagine anyone doing a better job.
I was looking to rent an apartment in the area. After repeatedly trying to contact someone to help, I explicitly stated that I worked 3rd shift at the time and provided hours I could be reached, we played phone tag for a few days. When I reached the area I was driving around and calling all the for rent signs in the area. One of the numbers was apparently someone at this company, I hadn't realized that the rental was same one I had tried to get in contact with earlier in the week. The person on the line told me to hold on while he put the correct person on the phone. Well never in my life had I encountered such a rude person. This lady was incredibly aggressive and demanding to know why I would call this phone number, I kindly explained that it was the phone number on the sign outside of this rental. She told me that she would call me back and when she did she was still incredibly rude, beyond rude actually. I told her i was interested in seeing the apartment and that I had a pet rabbit. A rabbit lives in a cage similar to a hamster just larger. This rude unprofessional angry women proceed to tell me that had I emailed her she would have told me that cats and small dogs would be ok but not a rabbit, so she couldn't help me and said goodbye.
I highly recommend that anyone moving to the area find a different realtor to work with because clearly this is a very unprofessional company!!!! If i could give 0 stars I would! If you do work with them make sure to avoid Barb!!!!!
Bought a building from them years ago. They were excellent.
