These people are not normal after we pay our bill and they still shut off our water and they still charge us to come back and turn it on I call them they say it's not our problem I'm sure I'm not the only person they stole money from.they caint get there head out of there ass to realize there in the wrong
Horrible customer relations !! I received my water bill on 10/22, but when I opened it I found out it was due on 10/20. Called (10/22) and of course nobody answered but their recording said my call was important and they would return my call. Called again on 10/23....left a message...and again nobody called back. Now I have to pay a late charge because they are too damn lazy to do their jobs !!
I would give zero stars if I could. The lady who answers the phone is always rude. They keep telling me it will be 30 min then it turns into 5 hours. Horrible company!
