Horrible customer relations !! I received my wate...

Horrible customer relations !! I received my water bill on 10/22, but when I opened it I found out it was due on 10/20. Called (10/22) and of course nobody answered but their recording said my call was important and they would return my call. Called again on 10/23....left a message...and again nobody called back. Now I have to pay a late charge because they are too damn lazy to do their jobs !!
