My company retained BBAC to repair a section of damaged sidewalk. The site visit and bid were fast, and the price competitive. Showed up on time and provided quality work - we'd hire them again. Recommended!
Brown Brothers worked with us on replacing the driveway entrances to a building in Brighton. There was only one way in and out to both of these entrances so scheduling was very important. Both the concrete and asphalt crews were very professional and worked very hard to get the work done quickly.
Brown Brothers Asphalt & Concrete did a good job for our community on our drainage/asphalt project. They demonstrated that they have the equipment and man power needed to do the work we required within budget cost restraints. Our HOA board working with BB found them to be easy to communicate with and always accessible when technical questions arose. I highly recommend BB and will again work with them as need arises.
Brown Brothers was hired to fix some drainage issues on our parking lot. They started last week, tore everything up, then two days were missed understandably due to the snow. However, there have now been a few sunny days and no sign of the team that should be working on our lot. We were told it would be a one week project, looking at the other reviews here it is sounding more like one month. I called my Property Manager for an update and he told me he had been trying to reach the folks at Brown Brothers for an update and he had not received a call back. I tried calling Brown Brothers today myself to escalate the issue and was told they can't talk to me because our property company is who engaged them, and the woman would not escalate my concerns. So now I am leaving this post to warn other people since apparently my concern was not worth passing up the ladder.
Brown Brothers exceeded my expectations in both quality and price. Great people who do a great job. I will definitely be using them on other projects. Thank you for a fantastic job!
I met with Matt at one of my properties I manage in Denver CO. The property has multiple jobs that need to be done. I met with him on April 22,2016 and its now May 23,2016 and I have yet to receive anything. He will not call me back or respond to my emails. On May 4,2016 I sent Hannah the Lead Sales Assistant an email and she said he would get back to me by May 9,2016. I work for a growing real estate management company and this could have opened many doors for them to bid out and work on. They obviously don't need the business and if that's the case than they could been professional and tell me that. Best of luck and I will be sure to take my business else where throughout my career of managing real estate in Denver.

I was driving behind one of this companies' trucks on the interstate and a big box just flew off because it hadn't been secured properly. I suffered damage to my own vehicle and filed a complaint with the company but after a few days stopped hearing from them. I'm pursuing the matter further but I would not recommend anyone to do business with such a nefarious company.
We did a large asphalt and concrete repair job with Brown Brothers, and they did a great job. They took care of all the logistics to ensure we didn't have to tow any cars, and they stayed on schedule and did quality work. We also got a half dozen bids for this project, and Brown Brothers was the best value. Highly recommend them!
This company thinks it s ok to park in handicap spots. When you bring it to there attention they turn aggressive in his attitude. It s the principle.
