Excellent customer service and the staff were only too happy to help. Staff efficient at booking tours and handy with tips and local knowledge to make the holiday more smooth. Loads of brochures, wifi, toilets and great aircon. Didn't see many charging points though. Close to main shopping and eating areas of Broome. Visit here first.

I was looking to tent camp at Cable Beach, but due to the wet forecast needed a new plan. Martine at Broome Visitors Centre directed me to Roey's Backpackers, a short walk from the Visitor Information Centre. This worked out great, getting me out of the rain, and saving me the cost of a taxi since my bus was leaving early in the morning. Great service.

Any information you could need is right here. Bookings for any attraction can be booked from here and any questions answered. Definitely worth a visit. Most of the time when going on holiday we sometimes miss out on seeing things because we did not even know they were there. I think that goes for most places we go to. We need places like this to fill in the gaps.

They werent so helpful as you know it from other visitor centers. It was like faster faster faster and goodbye.

This is the first visitor/information centre that I ve spent so much time in. So much information on things to do and see. Free WiFi and tables and chairs set up for you to take your time perusing all the brochures and planning your activities. The staff took things to another level with their friendliness and helpfulness, it was like you were planning your day with a friend. They really made the effort to spend plenty of time with you answering all your questions and making recommendations.

Friendly staff .. heaps of maps, gifts and tourist guides...

Terrible, this is a rude sales office. The woman who tried to help us was rude and lacked any local or helpful information.

Hm fanci and more a place for people with a bit more money...

Very helpful staff, told us all we needed to know and was incredibly friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for things to do around Broome.

Don't buy souvenirs or any gifts more expensive. Paid 5 dollars more for a cooler bag compared to the gift shop monsoonal blues. Excellent place to shop for souvenirs.

Very well set out, plenty of parking areas, lot's of brochures and information about where to stay what to do in the area and much more, extremely helpful staff, public toilets and a cafeteria for all your needs

Toilets and travel brochures which are always great to organise for your stay here and the next stage of travel

Great place to visit prior to doing anything in Broome. Tina was extremely helpful providing us with information about places to visit as well as making booking to fly over the Bungle Bungles, Lake Argyle and the Argyle diamond mine. The souvenirs are well priced also.

Good facilities for campers. Water tank refill, dump pit, and toilets available for use.

Lots of info and very helpfull staff. Definately recomend a stop if you are visiting Broome and surrounds.

Very busy information centre but very well organised queuing system and super helpful and friendly staff. Provided us with everything we needed and gave us lots of tips. Great range of information booklets covering just about everything you could ask about.

Gained some information I needed to know. Pearl shop next door is worth a visit also.

Very helpful, lots of information about all the tourist activities available in the Kimberley.

Nice visitor centre. Lots of touristy info. Can book tours etc here.
Caravan black water dump available. Nice enough staff.

Lots of brochures and essentially all the information you need. One thing to note is that staff weren't really helpful. More interested in talking amongst themselves.
Bus stops here in both directions which is handy

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Booking tours through the center helps keep the doors open as they recieve a commission.

Fantastic. We were there for more than 1 hour making enquiries & booking tours. Buna gave us so much information and she was so friendly and hasca great smile.

Tourist bureau is what it is. Seemed understaffed as they are trying to sell products which means there can be a wait

Staff were great and patient. Very clean and the coffee shop out side was a bonus

Run by delightfully friendly people who will go out of their way to be helpful. As an example, the manager pitched in and provided rides across town to ship visitors because the day was just too hot to suggest that anyone walk to the local museum and back. She even returned on schedule for the return trip!
