Went there to see the Gorillaz play. The ticket man hooked us up with better seats and made the show for me. The fence is open and sounds great even in the furthest most upper seats (our original ones) I'd go there again if I didn't live so far away but if your going to see a show there just be warned the angle on the upper seats is pretty steep so if you are afraid of lights spring for better seats. Otherwise it's a great place to see a show.

Lousy site lines for hockey. Concourse not very well lit. Staff indifferent in their attitude at best... I've been to at least 7 cities / arenas for nhl games - this is easily the worst.
Rate my experience a 2 he service staff have no answers. My scenario is my brother bought tickets that was supposed to be down front but once we arrived and because he is in a wheelchair no one could s quarters to those seats for the mall play places on the balcony for the up where is if you was of course not the same as being rolled one and to add insult to injury what we spoke to the service desk at the managers they give us the runaround about the monies that was paid for the tickets another words where we sat I wanted was supposed to sit there was a substantial amount of money that should have been returned lastly due to all this confusion we did not get to the city area until the quarter to ten henceforth my rating of a 2
Not your typical sports center. Going into Barclays gives you such a rush even if you have a $12 ticket you'll feel like you have a $200 ticket. Its for basketball lovers and for non basketball lovers its just a fun experience.
Barclays center had a mothers day festival which was good but you guys need to get a good sound check because it was horrible and you should lower your drink prices 14.00 for a beer is ridiculous and a cocktail is 16.00 or 18.00 come on lower your prices
I have been here for twice. Once for game and once for product launch. This is one of good arena around. Lightings and seat arrangements are well thought of. Great location too in Brooklyn.
Really awesome place!!! We saw the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction 2019 there and it was awesome. Be prepared for a lot of walking and it s hard to get lost. But it s an awesome stadium, if you someone or thing comes here that you like I highly recommend coming to see them/it. Not something you want to miss!!!
Nets played well and they won. But the seating suck if you need 6"3 or taller. The prices for food and drink is crazy. My suggestion would eat something before you come to the game. Water 7.00 dollars please.
Sat in the 200 level 1 time since Barclays opened about 5 years ago and there's glass barriers that are right in the line of sight and the arena lighting goes right in your eyes as they turn. That sucked. 200 level also has tiny seats you will definitely be walking a tight rope getting to and from yourself, felt like I was gonna roll down the crowd up there. Burgers are never well done just medium. One good thing is that there is really no nose bleeds because you can see pretty food from 200 levels to the floor seats. I usually sit in the 100 levels or lower but never the floor there's always someone taller to block your view down there.
Decent location for events for concerts and sports. Lots of security and metal detectors for safer environment. Pricey food and drinks and alcohol. Recommend to eat before going in if you want to save a little cash
Very new and clean. Staff is very helpful. Here's the problem, the place is wheel chair accessible. But, if you walk with a cane there are steps. And the seats are close so if you have a knee problem you need special seating which is there. But, you have to make arrangements. There are not many of those seats. .
I've never gone to an event at Barclay Center but I'm also partial because I was born and raised in New York City and I just love Brooklyn I have no doubt it would be spectacular it looks Spectacular from the outside
Great venue, saw James Taylor, Sarah Maclachlan and Jimmy Buffet for a Christmas Concert. Terrific way to get into the Christmas spirit. James Taylor was great as expected, Sarah sings like an angel and Buffet had an enthusiastic set. I'm not much of a Parrothead, he has a loyal following who thoroughly enjoy his shows.
Incredible arena, had an incredible time, in incredibly comfy and large seats. Stadium overall is fantastic, great food and drink, at an average price for any arena in NY. Of course I was influenced by the outcome of the game which made it even more fun. Only negative is it was extremely cold, so in the future bring a sweater.
I attended the Mother s Day Good Music Festival. Front row seats were purchased as a Mother s Day gift only to have other individuals who were seated else where in the arena bombard the front of the stage making it difficult to see and unfortunately enjoy the experience. Throughout the night myself and other individuals on the row were brushed up against and basically twerked on. The seemingly young individuals who were working the front of the stage area did attempt to address the situation but they seemed overpowered by the crowd and had little to no reinforcement from higher ups or security which resulted in several people seeking out assistance from guest services in an attempt to have the issue resolved for 1st and 2nd rowers. Guest services appeared to use little effort to redirect as other people continued to come towards the front of the stage throughout the night. It presented as an insensitive situation from some of the staff and the concert attendees who despite not having seats in the front row, felt entitled to remain in the area in which they were not seated. The idea became apparent that you could have purchased seats anywhere else in the arena and still have the front/second row experience despite not paying the price. Out of the venues that have been attended for concerts and music festivals throughout the country this was my worst venue experience.
Tonight was my 2nd time going here! I never realized how much this place has going on inside of it. There's a meditation center, a barber shop, a burger shop and lots more. On my way out I also noticed that it looked like there was even a stand for event merchandise that could be entered from the outside of the venue! WOW!
The game was entertaining. The seats were amazing and the arenas staff is friendly. Surprisingly the concession prices weren't too expensive. They have buffalo wild wing stands all around the arena. The bathroom was clean and easy to find.
The Calvin Klein VIP suites business area setup is pretty cool. The ability to eat and drink in an open club setting is cool. Our actual box was smaller than I thought but nice. I just wish there were small screens right near front of seating near glass. My view of event on biggest fwd screen was blocked by equipment.
Really, great looking venue. Went to Nets games here. As per NYC usual, food and drink inside are very high (the norm in this area). The atmosphere is great.
So much trouble and time to get to and the acoustics for a concert were terrible. Iron Maiden was muffled, and sounded as if they were in a box. The building itself was well kept and the outside was very appealing.
