Seats are very steep and dangerous for both children and adults if you are on upper floors! No way in hell that I'm ever going back to Barclays!!!! I'm sorry but if you're in section 200 you're a goner since the seats are very steep with no room to walk through. For example if you need to go to the bathroom or get food it's like suicide. I cannot believe that when they designed this arena they did not put any space between the seats in front of you!!!! I witnessed a guy fall down three rows or should I say roll down three rows!!!! Thank goodness it was empty since the basketball game didn't start yet. If there were a child or anyone in those seats for that matter there would have been a really bad injury. #LAWSUIT
AVOID THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!!

Barclays is kind of a nightmare venue for any reason you might come here. You d think a newer facility would have a better design. Definitely the worst place to see a hockey game in the entire NHL. I got nothing because I will still keep coming here for events because it s close. Just too bad they didn t aim higher.

They are VERY accommodating to people with disabilities. Each time that I have gone they were and ARE VERY CLEAR on Rules and Regulations. All the staff that I spoke with were VERY Nice and Helpful.

I ve been here for several concerts, basketball games, and a hockey game, overall I can say that the establishment does a great job of moving people and is accessible. I would definitely come for any event here in the future, plus it is less expensive than Madison Square Garden. Hope this helps!

It's a nice place but the food isn't that good. Food was cold, expensive, and difficult to eat. Ordered a sausage with peppers and onions, the bun was 2 times the size, the bun split in half, and the sausage was in 2 pieces. Friend of mine ordered pizza that was cold and doughy. On the plus side, the staff is nice, the place is clean, and the seats aren't terribly uncomfortable.

Great venue for sports or concerts. Crazy easy to get to with multiple Subways literally right outside the entrance and also LIRR trains. So easy. Modern interior, comfy seats, good acoustics. Great, great arena.

I thought it was beautiful and looked modern in comparison to the Garden...BUT I went there recently for a concert: sound system was crackling, security was terrible with no real structure, the metal detectors alarmed and they just waved ppl in anyway, food was super overpriced (more than expected), and they refused to give us bottles(They said because it was a rap concert with "this type of crowd" they were told to pour everything in cups and they're not allowed to provide lids for those cups = spilled drinks everywhere)... I felt categorized and profiled. As if the majority color of the crowd determined how we should be treated..... AND to top it off the show was poorly put together. This was my first concert(which was ruined before it started) and probably my last time at the Barclays.

Nice

I come here at least 4 times a year for WWE shows and I have to say that compared to MSG this place is way better. Better views from nosebleed seats. Better prices. Better transportation options. Just generally better.

Went to 2 isles games this yr- arizona and new jersey. Upper level is a nightmare with sloped seats that are potentially dangerous. Place has better food than the nvmc by alot but the beware!! many limited view seats which make viewing a hockey game difficult. Feel bad for my fellow isles fans who have to trek back to nassau/Suffolk on a weeknight although its not as bad a trip on the weekend.
