I felt the School was great. They were honest and answered my questions when I had them. I am a little older and more mature then most of the people who went here so I focused on the work and did not blame others for my mistakes. I went through the Medical assisting program and I loved the instructor. It felt like she was there to teach us instead of just collecting a paycheck. she was always on top of things and answered our questions. she was honest and fair. The other part of the School I enjoyed was the Career services representative. She prepared us for resumes, job interviews and overall preparedness. I was able to obtain a job within 1 week of graduating and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

From day one I have had really great staff make me feel welcomed. I was treated as they wanted to see me in my future career. I took me no time at all to get into the class I wanted and they are willing to help me go further than this after I finish as a PCT. Recently I have had some real live life happen to me and it caused me to miss quite a bit of school. 12 days to be exact. When I came back it was to open arms and staff helping me get back on my feet. Even though I failed my current mode due to attendance the staff still wanted me to succeed. Everyone was very helpful I feel like I have a second home and family. A new support system if you will. They stood behind me and push me to be my best. Everyone all the staff are so helpful and caring. They want to see you make it. I love that I made Brookline my second home where i have a new family support group to push me to make my life better for not only myself but for my children.
Thank You Brookline Staff for all your support and dedication in helping me with my future and my children's future.

My first semester at Brookline has been filled with stress and tears. Not because my instructors are not amazing or because the courses are too hard, but all due to their poor communication in their financial aid department. I have been told one lie after another. I was originally told 30-45 days after the start of my classes for my financial aid to hit and get my disbursement check. I was then informed, after emailing multiple people over multiple weeks, that the money would not hit until July 1st (60 days after the start of school). It has now been 2 months and I am 5 weeks away from the end of my first semester and I have not received anything. Money FSA has officially hit, but they have forgot to take off my tuition discount and other mistakes have been made. I am now receiving a quarter of the money in hopefully 1-2 weeks, but the rest will be received god knows when. With COVID causing loss of jobs and pay cuts this money is more important than ever. I wish Brookline and their staff understood that these are not just numbers on a screen, but rather someone's rent, electric and food on their table. This is not a review on this professors, clinical instructors or clinical staff, but just a review on their poor communication in their financial aid department.

I am currently a student at Brookline, and I couldn't feel more confident about my future. I came in unsure, insecure and full of doubt..but that quickly changed after speaking to Bruce in admissions. He answered every one of my questions with honesty and reassured me in making the best decision. He boosted my confidence and all my worries flew out the door. The staff here aren't sales people..they genuinely care about your future. All the tools and resources are at your fingertips and I believe it's their passion to see someone succeed. They start by helping you select the programs and courses to fit your life schedules, all the financial aid and you can take advantage of then, your set on your way and it only continues as you get to the classroom. The instructors are there to make sure you get every piece of knowledge and understanding that you will need. With their experience and know how you can be assured you will have what it takes to be successful in your career. Trust me when I say if your looking for a brighter future, or a new beginning, Brookline college is my number 1 recommendation.

I went on a campus tour two weeks ago and the school was actually pretty nice. Unfortunately the person I spoke to in admissions never returned any of my phone calls or emails. I've called the school numerous times to get in contact with him or anybody else but have yet to recieve any answers to my questions.

Literally have been trying to get ahold of someone for almost TWO WEEKS regarding their MLT program to ask a few questions. Someone reached out initially but I haven t heard from them since even with a follow up email. Seriously if their customer service is this bad, how bad is this school and I haven t even started/enrolled. Definitely making me not want to attend which is a bummer because it s one of the only schools in the area close to me that offers this specific program.

First let me say. I actually enjoyed the program itself. I had 3 weeks left of the pharmacy technician online program. At about my 7th month mark. I had a baby, I didn t take any time off of school because I just needed to finish my online portion. Fast forward about a months later. I caught COVID and lost my uncle due to it as well. At this time I took a 2 week leave of absence. THAT THEY MADE ME TAKE!!!! I took the leave and was in line to start back that up coming February. Supposedly according to the lady Debra Golden in the front office. I had been emailed with the updated classroom dojo for login ( I HAD NOT ) so that first day coming back. Of course I wasn t able to log in. So they dropped me from my program.. Because I didn t log in that ONE day! Even after explaining I had no new emails with the new classroom information. I ve had to jump through hoop after hoop trying to get re-enrolled. Wrote a letter to the director after being instructed by Debra to do so. But of course no response!!! Spoke with multiple people in the re-eatery team Until they just stopped returning my phone calls. I finally get ahold of some lady Vonda Russell who made it seem like she really wanted to help me. But it s been 3 months and I have yet to hear back from her or anyone with the school. And still have no idea what s going on with me returning. I would have been graduated and completed my course by now. But now I owe ALL of this money to the school. They are just money hungry!!!! Don t waste your time. This school is designed for failure. And this has hindered me from being able to restart the program with an actual school. So if you can just go to a normal school. I CANNOT STREAS THIS ENOUGH!! They purposely waited until it was to late for me to be readmitted to the program. Before I heard a word on anything. I wish I would have never even wasted my time with them .

I am an older person looking for work. Went to get my Medical Biller certificate even though I have done billing in the past new law requires it. I felt I was being taught to be a Medical Assistant. No software programs were taught. I wasted my time. No one cares to hire older people. And I created a large debt that has to be paid. School loan.

This place is fantastic! I was reluctant to go to "one of those trade schools" but I needed a big change in my life...fast! I'm so glad I came here! The instructors are so concerned with your education and practicum; making sure you feel comfortable with every step. The hands on is more than I thought it would be, doing so everyday. The class times are great for all schedules, with start up classes every month. Almost seven months later, with a couple to go, I feel really ready to go into the field and have a real career. I'm so thankful for Brookline. This school has changed my life! I am so confident in my future now!

Do not enroll into the PCT PROGRAM you will get played. You will work strictly as a CNA and get denied to do what PCTs are learned to do in school but the instructors, the admissions reps and the employer don t tell you that until after you pay all that money and get the job.
