Brompton Heights/Orchard Heights Assisted Living Reviews

I LOVE my job here with my Brompton family! The residents and families are my number one priority! We have a solid team that is working together to meet the needs of our residents and exceed the expectations of our families. We have caring staff and complete support of our management team. The changes I have experienced in the last few months are both positive and a direct reflection of the quality care we provide. I feel appreciated and look forward to the continued progress as we move forward!

I have visited Brompton Heights many times, and I am always impressed with how passionate and friendly everyone is. The residents are encouraged to participate in activities, and there is always so much action in the common areas. It really feels like a warm and friendly place with a team who truly cares about the people who live there!

I stopped at Brompton Heights to visit my aunt during their holiday celebrations. It was so nice and very comfortable. I am glad our family chose this community for her.

I've visited Brompton Heights several times. What I've noted most is the constant social buzz of residents, as soon as you walk in the door and throughout the community. Many other communities I've visited are quiet and there are not a lot of residents or staff visible throughout the tour, Brompton is ALWAYS active. The staff has been warm and helpful during my visits. Residents smile when they meet your eyes and they are open when talking with you. The most important measure for me - in a senior community is the happiness of the residents and staff- and I think Brompton is # 1.

I love Brompton. I've been here for 8 years. The people are all my favorite part, including the nurses especially Erin. I think the aides in the dining staff could use some training, and I think it would be good to have the staff not use their phones as much. It's my 6th year as President of the community council.

It was very tough for me to give up my freedom & home. I've especially enjoyed the aides here, they are helpful, kind and good. Every one remembers and calls me by name. I've made great friends here, too. Also, I drink plenty of water and try new foods.

I am very comfortable. Everything I ask for someone shows up and it is brought to me willingly. The food is good. I like the schedule. I can pick up and do what I feel like doing. I am very familiar with the staff, they have been great.

I've been here 17 years. I've seen many changes from building new to recreation director. Naturally I miss my home, but made a few friends over the years.

All I can say is more than I asked for or expected. The recreation department has been enlightening and friendly. This is a perfect spot to make friends. One of my goals was met at Brompton: I came in at 80 lbs and needed to gain weight with the help of our dietary director Ken Sykes. He made it his goal and I am now at 110 lbs in 4 months!

When I came, I thought I was going to a nursing home, but I didn't realize how wonderful it would be and how wonderful the people would be, I couldn't be happier here. Everyone here is very clear. The aides, the housekeepers, everyone. I love them.
