The architecture is fancy and new. Assistants are very friendly and helpful. Other than the parking fee, the visit is free.

While most exhibits are fun to look at, they are not my cup of tea. I would prefer more classical ones.

Reservation is a must, especially for groups. We could not get in the light show. Parking structure attendants were not very helpful. Better signs and instructions are needed.

Nice to walk around after getting out of the museum.

I love it, very interesting, well organized. My daughter took me when it got just opened, so you had to have reservations time. Amazing customer service, workers were guiding, helping with any questions. Half way through my knee hurting, because I was after surgery, so my daughter asked for a wheelchair, they brought it really quick, so I was be able to continue enjoying my tour. Amazing building, amazing exhibition.

The Broad has a nice collection of a variety of art. There should be something to please everyone. Personally, my favorite part is the architecture. The outside is brillant. And the way that the outside theme is woven throughout the building inside is very creative.

This is a place modern art lover. It was to see all the arts from photos to sculptures. I not an art person, so I didn't get to fully enjoy the collection. I also brought my daughter who has autism. She was interested but the hands off policy made it hard for her to enjoy it .

Even though it is free to go in you need to get tickets online before going otherwise you end up waiting in line for a long period. What I liked best was the light room, but we had to wait like an hour to get in and they only let you stay a few minutes.

Place was a blast, was walking by and just went on in for free. Got to see some fun exhibits, as well as some shocking we'll probably to the kiddies at least. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something to simply do in the area. Allot of great stuff within walking distance.

Incredibly well curated selection of impressive art is on display, which is improved upon by the staff working in each area giving out explanations and information on any piece of art you ask them to explain. It's unfortunate that you have to queue up for entry even if you reserve a time slot but I think that's a minor (Los Angeles) detail.

I always passed this place but never visited. This is sort of a hidden gem of downtown L.A. The only suggestion is not to take young children because there are a few paintings meant for adults; however, if you are okay with your children observing mature content, then it is okay.

Love this place! Great modern art with a twist! Great place to take the friends, fam, or that perfect date. The mirror room is what everyone talks about here but be sure to check in as soon as you possibly can. It's a lot smaller than expected but great none the less!
I hope this helps

What I liked was that unlike many other modern art museums, I could actually see and understand the ideas and concepts behind the artworks displayed at the Broad. Most of the pieces displayed give even a layman viewer a sense of the talent and work put into them.

The wait to get in tends to be long-ish and it feels like any ticketed events get immediately eaten up by bots.

The exhibits are worth it, though, and it seems every ticketed event can be seen if you're willing to get there early and wait in line the day of.

Recently saw the Yayoi Kusama exhibit and it was great. Got in line half an hour before they opened and was able to get 4:30 tickets after waiting about an hour and a half.

The Broad is a contemporary art museum on Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. The museum is named for philanthropist Eli Broad, who financed the $140 million building which houses the Broad art collections. The museum offers free general admission to its permanent collection galleries.
Great art, for both adult and kids. The infinity room is one of proples favorites, although I like it, there's a lot more to see here. Amazing museum.

I am a museum junkie. This is a free contemporary museum. The reservations are done online, 1 month before.
The parking garage is off the street $20 and $12 if you get validation at the museum.
I gave it 4 stars because the Infinity room was sold out. Try to get an earlier reservation to be able to see that attraction. I got a 4pm reservation. Enjoy.

Good

I love the building, and the fact that the Broads have decided to house their collection in the heart of the new Downtown Los Angeles. Is just that the collection itself leaves me somewhat cold. I don't see myself rushing back there any time soon, the way I do with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) or the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
