Human Resources - When I first started orientation, there was a woman by the name of Kim that worked in HR she was amazing !!! Great attitude great personality, pleasant to be around. She was very knowledgeable of her job and her confidence was put on display during orientation.
Most recently I had to return to the 3709 site to get some information about my retirement plan and the staff at the front desk were very rude, disrespectful and occupied with playing games on their phones behind the desk.
Do Better...Customer Service is just that.
Worked security for approximately eight months. The job is very laid-back, complacent and worth every cent of what they pay. You re required to sit at a desk for 12-16 hours a day and there is no training offered to move up once employed. At certain sites there is favoritism (obviously I wasn t a favorite) but I think this job would be great for someone who doesn t want to do any labor AND you can get all the overtime you want. Keep in mind, NOT a great career move.
The director of security C.D., is very inexperienced, unprepared and not knowledgeable of the depth of security operations. Has great intentions on wanting the job to be militant but does not have any military experience or training himself which is frustrating for those individuals working with him who do. Not a great leader and should be offered more customer service and leadership training.

I worked there for three years and it was an honest to god mistake the work wasn't hard but BSI has no back bone to support their employees this is not coming from an angry former employee( found a new job in 1 day) just a former employee I'm honestly happy I'm gone i don't bad mouth employers but BSI was by far the worst agency i have worked for i hope this company gets better soon.

I work at GBMC but for Broadway services. The management here is so ridiculous. I asked for a meeting one-on-one with the supervisor of my supervisor and even that couldn't happen. If Broadway services loose the contract atGBMC it is because of management.

I am an associate of a recent former employee at Broadway Services Inc. I've watched him work hard for a year with that company. BSI still has a contract with a particular business because of this hardworking man. He was a true leader who was admired from his peers, coworkers, the manufacturing company he cleaned, as well as, his subordinates. I was able to see his dedication first hand as he worked hard, raised the standard and made people wonder why he would work for a company like BSI when he could have worked anywhere else with higher compensation and much more respect.
As a supervisor, he made sure his people were taken care of. He ensured they had the supplies necessary to do the job, showed them a winning system to cover the entire area within the allotted time frame and covered everyone of their shifts if anyone of them called out. This man even received a letter from the manufacturing company stating how well he did and BSI published it in its newsletter. Instead of being congratulated or even just respected as a "white-shirt wearing" supervisor, he was fired.
His manager, "Petty Pete", who was hired because of his daddy, is the most unprofessional manager I've ever come into contact. He encourages bullying at the workplace, makes threats and fosters "street-like" behaviors. He has had inappropriate relationships with the staff and gives favoritism.
I will be very grateful to assist this former employee in suing BSI for wrongful termination, providing a hostile work environment and discrimination.

Underpay, overwork. Only good thing about this job is you can do as much as 40 hours of OT, and they get paid weekly. Other than that it s not worth it. I was in school and they was lenient with my schedule so if you re in school I don t highly recommend this job but they re flexible with school
