I can only speak of my experiences with the (2) Account Coordinators that I have done business with over the past two years, Mike Najarro & Hayley DeMott. They have been upfront, plain speaking & have followed through with their commitments. Although recently, I have also been working with Tyler Molleturo & Vivene Mullings, who are continuing with this precedent.
As for payment reliability, we have found that if we provide all of the required documents in a timely fashion, most payments will be made per the scheduled date. Broadway is price sensitive, and attempts to stretch the value of a dollar, but aren't we all.
Ronny Sharp, one of the Broadway supervisors, has done a great job in creating an educated, responsive unit with these folks. While I imagine his job is to ultimately watch the bottom line and be an advocate for the end users, he is not unreasonable when it comes to working through various stages of projects.
I hope that my dealings with them continues in the above fashion, and that both of our companies can assist each other & "our" customers in a fair, professional manner.
