Very nice place. Kudos that they are trying to get all of their staff vaccinated. Minus one star because there is no way for pedestrians to safely cross the road to get to the nearby restaurants and shopping.
They seem to take care of all of your needs, but it is doubtful I would ever be able to afford it.
My friends sold their six BR and got a 2 BR condominium. They seem quite satisfied. The materials used are cheap, and the work done is just enough to make the facade resemble a nicely built home in a lovely country setting close to I-83. However, from what I've seen as a former mechanic, I hope the tenants don't expect to enjoy their lovely new home very long before it starts to fall apart and malfunction.
This is a lovely community with nice surroundings and amenities. A good friend just moved into the new section. She has a great scenic view.
My mother went to Broadmead for physical therapy after she was hospitalized. The property is beautiful and clean. My mom made a full recovery after a few weeks. She was very happy with her physical therapists and we both adored the social worker JT. We were very pleased with the experience.
The Residents can teach you so much if you just take the time to observe, and listen. Can't wait until the construction is complete for them.....
A caring staff nice grounds very pleasant to be there. Mom has been there for 22 years
Fabulous rehab staff!! Maureen is in charge and she is so kind & compassionate with the old folks and their families. Social worker TJ is so helpful. Everyone understands what you are going through when a loved one needs rehab. Many of the techs are great, some need to find a new career if they can't find smiles for people who need them.
