It's great to have Broadly because it makes it so much easier to have your customer's review you and your service professionals work when you're finished. Helps to increase the amount of reviews and build your business.

After signing up with Broadly, I continued to receive - and still do - excellent customer service. The agents go out of their way to check in and see if I need help as a newbie. They always find the answer to my questions. I'm sure there will be more to add, but my Reviews are increasing steadily. As an added bonus, I'm learning new features my customers like about how we serve them!

Broadly has really helped with our small business ...

Broadly has really helped with our small business generate more reviews! We ve received roughly 10-12 reviews in a month! Usually that amount of reviews would take a whole year!!
However, that s about the only thing thus far we have found beneficial for us. The website design is a plus but you literally have to provide all the content, pictures, txt, all of it. ( which I wasn t aware of) They just make it look presentable. Very time consuming but the bonus if you sign on, unlike other companies whom pull your website when you choose to no longer continue the services ( usually social media accounts too) you lose all the contest and the actually site! And then you don t own the domain either they do!! So after a year you get to have your website that you hard on transferred to a zip file to take with you!! Of course you will have to hire another company to host it but least you have the actual content!!! Other then that I feel they really don t provide much else for the money your spending! The only reason we signed on with them after our 60 trial period was because forgot to cancel. There terrible about checking in as well so make sure you know what you re getting yourself into

I own a B2C entertainment business in the Southeastern United States and have been utilizing Broadly for 7 months (Sept 2020 - Feb 2021) and during that time, my business has earned over 600 reviews on Google and received valuable new data about my customer base. We have implemented Broadly recommended best practices on our side and are seeing roughly 15% of our customers providing a review with room to grow. Our account manager, Alex Ruda has always been there for me, quick with an answer or recommendation where we could find even better results. You can compare Broadly to Podium, but in my opinion, Broadly is best in class.
