I was a tenant at one of their locations and I have yet to receive my security deposit. It s been almost two months since I ve moved out and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone from corporate. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ve been calling and emailing for weeks. I ve never received a response.

I've been in property management for 8 years and it was a breath of fresh air to join the Broad Management team. Transferring from the Florida portfolio to the SC portfolio has been a smooth transition from the corporate office to the teams of both portfolios. Everyone is awesome, provides guidance and support.
This is the worst company I ever worked for, I even got an apartment with them and the management was so mean to me I quit today and am ok being homeless until I can stay in a hotel for awhile. I can t take this anymore.
I gave a security deposit for a property in Mebane, NC and they are refusing to give it back to me. The employee I was in communication with at the main office never let me know it was non refundable. I traveled far to make two appointments to which she was not present for. Her manager didn't even know to expect me, what apartment I was offered, or my name. Very unprofessional. The day I went to view the apartment I found mold, and mildew in several areas of the apartment. I tried to contact the main office in NJ and after several voicemails, emails, and escalations A week later I finally receive a call from the Manager of Broad management who was spilling out excuses in regards to his unprofessional employee, the mildew and mold he claims was not there, although I have videos and pictures, and refused to give me my security deposit back. He then hung up on me as I was not satisfied with getting a different apartment. Very disgusting attitude, no good customer service, the property is not taken cared of, and the apartment was not ready for viewing, let alone move in within 2 days. A complete waste. and a joke. No one is taking accountability.
I went to a job interview with this company once (which tool place at a Starbucks). They called me at the last minute to change the time in which I accomodated. However, the interviewer continued to interview the person before me 42 minutes into my interview and left me waiting at the table next to them. When I explained to him that I was still working and made this interview on my lunch break, he scoffed and said, "oh, they don't give you any flexibility?" He was extremely rude and unreasonable for the 15 minutes that we spoke. He acted as though I had showed up 42 minutes late. I'm very glad that I was not considered for hire by this company if this is how they treat their employees and construct time management.
I am proud to be a Broud Managment Group employee. Working as a member of the hr department for over 2 yrs I can first hand say how they truly value each and every one of their employees. Its great working as part of the team!
Wow. The exact same thing happen too me. I have videos of the hot mess of a apartment and it wasn t even ready for me to move into Oct 1. Maybe the next weekend and I told them fine but after seeing that place I said no thank you. Remind you it s NO updated photos of the apartments or virtual tours. The regional manager hung up on me after I voiced my issue saying he believes his management and asked me what me having video meant. I ve been calling for a month and I finally spot with the property manager and she has no answers just attitude. I m meeting with my lawyer today because it s ridiculous that me and others are having the same issue with this same company. We just want our deposit back.. it s sad we have to write reviews like this and bring lawyers into something that could be so simple. So if anyone is looking into renting from them DO NOT DO IT.
The apartments have been updated and beautiful. The floor plan is outstanding as is the manager. I recommend apply online and checking Parc Chalet out. You will not be disappointed. No crime, no pest problem, all the neighbors are kind and respectful.
