I do not generally give 1 stars to any service/business. But this consulate was not helpful at all. They just told me: go on the website and check there. They did not even bother to provide a specific link
They never answer the phone even if you wait 2 hours, absurd.
Questions asked about Brexit and Italian Citizenship... the lady was most helpful even when I had pressed the wrong ext. no. and arrived at Consular Emergencies ! Thank you
They do not even deserve 1 star, if you like that they will drop the line or tell you that it is only dedicated to English citizens.

Very arrogant and rude staff . These kind of people don t even deserve 1 star.
Fantastic staff, went above and beyond to get us home the next day on emergency passports. Something you hope never to need but glad it's their if you do and obviously the great staff
