Really cozy market packed with so many items. I'll admit I think it's overpriced compared to other markets, but staff are friendly and their spicy poke is delicious!

Small Bristol Farms. I had been customer since 2009 and it's getting more and more expensive with rude employees. They have a nice cafe on a right only open till 4 pm.

Went today for Fish n Chips. Never again, it was over priced, cold and disgusting.

Really nice and clean store. I ate breakfast at the cafe and was really good and fresh. Try the sunrise sandwich.

I was surprised to see that the assortment of items were not what it used to be. And the prices were about $3.00 per item more than the competition in the area.

Rolling Hills meat department. Very disappointing. Ordered a prime rib roast a week ahead of time then 3 days later a leg of lamb to be added to the order. When i asked for the lamb to be added the guy with an attitude could not find the order. I ordered the lamb under a new order. Today went to pick them up and NO ORDERS FOUND! Why take orders in advance if you are not going to have them ready. Luckily they had what we needed. The reason for the 2 stars is the meat is always good. We will choose to go to Jensen's when we can.

Awesome food, but prices are out of control. Makes Whole Foods seem like Costco.

Irish soda bread, daily, need I say more. Ok I will. Nice assortment of cheeses and specialty foods and prepared foods. The deli section and bakery are incredible. The service is friendly and personal. Nice place to get everything you need for your own afternoon high tea.

Very desappointed by a sushi platter at $39. I think the rice must have dated a little

I love their matzo ball soup and they sell it hot in the deli area now!!!

Great fresh fish and yummy large apricots and fruit. Only complaint is they had the cashier line consolidated down aisle D. It requires you to get very close to people to get into the line. Concerning.

Bristol Farms is the quintessential market for a pleasant shopping experience mixed with excellent customer service and top-quality products.

Not only that, THIS BRISTOL FARMS is by far the best location because of the design AND the people who work there!

In the FISH department there are amazing people like Ramon, Eloy, and Mariano -- helpful and kind at all times.

In the MEAT Department you have Juan, Alexis, Andy, and Alex (the newer guy William is nice too). These people know what they're doing, are extremely attentive to customers, and are a model example of top tier employees.

In the DELI Department I have to mention Reggie and both Jason's for their superior service and in the Wine Department Peter is always on his game.

And who could forget the caring, courteous people on registers -- I'm lookin' at you Cora, Kelsey, Donna, Jason, Daniel, and Larry!

I thought produce here is fresh and high quality, and I was willing to pay the price that they charge. However, fruit that I got was aged and was not eatable at all... customer service was very disappointing as well.

You think for the prices they charge ,some quality control is involve . Pastries , pies are so over priced that when expired they discount them BUT BEWARE I FOUND MOLD ON A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE. Fruit and vegetables are not top quality , fruit has no flavor , some packed salads n veggies are old .

A few days ago, I wanted to get a cheese plate. The catering option fed 12 which was way too much (this year at least), however Cassandra at the Cheese Department put together a smaller plate for me of a similar style to that of the aforementioned catering menu that really knocked it out of the park! Thanks!!!

Went there today got $130 worth of fish wanted a small piece of tri-tip for someone that does not like fish the guy would not cut it for me very unhappy had to piece cut like that about a week ago the guy was not very nice and I will not be shopping there again no service for a loyal customer

This location is smaller than most stores but very friendly. Meat selection is great

I love the selection of cheese and wine, overall had a great experience with them.

Should be better for the price. Lettuce was wilted. Dressing was bottled.

Prices higher but service ,guality ,and variety unmatched wife absolutely loves the place esp the produce and meats. Top guality

I can't get through to the store. I just bought Macaroons and I think the gave me less than the 1- 1/2 lbs I asked for. The service from the Asian lady was terrible, until a younger woman came and found my order and helped her fill it. Not,a good experience today. Very upset. Now I'm calling and no answer.

Terrible customer service! My family have been customers of the Rolling Hills store since it opened in 1982. Unfortunately, I had such a bad experience at their store today, it will be my last time shopping there. They forgot to send me the monthly specials, so I asked them to get the manager so I could get the promotion. They refused to get the manager, instead arguing that it was the corporate office's fault. I had to ask for the manager three times, finally they called him and he argued again that it was corporate's fault and they would be out $20 by giving me the special. So instead, they lost a weeky customer of 39 years. I went to Trader Joe's and bought my dinner there.

Service is very slow and the place is disorganized. waitresses talk to each other and ignore customers. waitresses walk past tables that need busing waiting for someone else to do it. needs a manager to take charge.

Definitely one of the more special Bristol Farms out there. Their food is outstanding compared to others

Would not take my current, valid, Illinois drivers license to buy a 6 pack of beer. I m 29 years old. Absurd policy.

You can relax, read the paper, take your time here. McDonald's/Starbucks it is not. Wifi is slow and sometimes unconnected. For dessert you can buy anything from the market next door - fruit, cheeses, goodies (not sure about wine), pay there, eat here. Hard to beat that selection!

If you want to meet the rudest, most condescending person of your life, go to the meat department and ask for Juan. And they have a sign that says exceptional service. It s not even up to the level of poor service.

An outstanding experience on the Hill. Excellent selection of the freshest groceries you will find. Some of the most pleasant people I have ever met.

Far too expensive for such standard food items, such as Scallops for $35.00 per Pound, or Ice cream doubled in price compare to other grocery stores.

Each employee, cart greeter, hot meal, bakery, seafood and cashier, that I personally had business took that small, extra step to make my covid shopping a safe, comfortable experience. Thank you

LOVE the Poke bar!! The have Ahi Tuna, Spicy Ahi Tuna and Salmon, as well as a few other seafood goodies and salads. The tuna and salmon are fully marinated. Flavorful through and through!!

Fine select meat, fish, wine and bakery. Produce great also.

This market would actually be a 5-star if not for the guy in the fish department named Craig. Unfortunately, sometimes even if a product or business is high-quality, if you get really bad customer service, the experience is ruined. They should transfer or get rid of this guy. He is very full of himself and could use a lesson in how to treat customers.
