Terrible customer service! My family have been customers of the Rolling Hills store since it opened in 1982. Unfortunately, I had such a bad experience at their store today, it will be my last time shopping there. They forgot to send me the monthly specials, so I asked them to get the manager so I could get the promotion. They refused to get the manager, instead arguing that it was the corporate office's fault. I had to ask for the manager three times, finally they called him and he argued again that it was corporate's fault and they would be out $20 by giving me the special. So instead, they lost a weeky customer of 39 years. I went to Trader Joe's and bought my dinner there.
