DO NOT WORK WITH OR TRUST THIS DEBACLE OF A FIRM FOR EVEN A SECOND!!!! I am one of the owners of Capital Coil & Air, and we manufacture custom OEM replacement and design/build commercial HVAC Coils. Brine's Refrigeration came to us a few months back looking for some Hot Water replacement coils. This project was a nightmare from beginning to end. Brine's sales rep, Jake Cahan, screwed up the job from the jump by ordering the wrong size coils, which rendered them useless. I know this because another sales rep told me as much in a later phone call, so they needed to order new coils to make up for Jake's incompetence. The owners at Brine then tried to concoct a story that because the original coils (that were incorrectly sized and ordered to begin with) were a 1/4 of an inch short, and therefore they should not have to pay for the original batch. It's standard industry practice to size and build coils slightly shorter to ensure that they will fit, so their refusal to pay us for building exactly what was asked for and approved by them is just a CYA moment from the top on down. We will never work with this company again as they have proved to be thoroughly unethical and completely incompetent. And based on our interactions with the company's leadership, that incompetence comes straight from the top and has permeated the whole company. If ever approached or thinking of hiring Brine's Refrigeration...run as fast and as far from these clowns as you can. I promise that you won't regret that decision!!!

No safe rooms here ,little winny babies get light bulbs. This is old school environment, they don't snap your mittens to your sleave , there isn't any deversity training & if your sound like the little guppies on here ......I'd throw you off the roof. Not everyone can handle old school environments . Don't work you don't eat. It's for free men.....not a government plantation.

Very clickish place to work. The owner is a Jew, so if you are Jewish you can not get fired. They will work you to the point of exhaustion and talk down to you in a very demeaning tone if you even bring up the fact that you need a break. The dispatchers and the owner are not technical people at all so they go by what the long time employed techs (I use the term tech very loosely) say is a call back or not. The same tech that does not know how to properly install a smoke alarm for a commercial hvac system said I was wrong that the unit did not need a sampling tube when it clearly states in the instructions that it does. Not to get too technical but basically the long time "techs" are bush league at best and are calling the shots on what is right and wrong on a service call when they barely understand how an air conditioner works to begin with. The job would have been perfect if they would take advice from people that are actually technicians instead of maintenance filter changers. I was told that flowing nitrogen through a system while brazing is not necessary because the units aren't big enough cause oxidation inside of the lineset. Again not to get too technical but they don't know what in the hell is going on over there.
