I couldn't ask for a better place to work. The staff members are so great with the residents and each other. The compassion is heartwarming. It truly feels like spending the day with family and friends. And I have to add it's a beautiful and homey place.
This place is beautiful inside and out. I've visited there a few times and its so impressive! I'd be thrilled to have my mom live there. The people seemed happy and doing fun activities. And they even have an outside grill in one of the courtyards!
Brighton manor is a new up growing facility. The atmosphere feels like home. All staff put heart into their work and residents are like family. Management works with your schedule and listens to your needs and concerns fixes them the best way they can! Wonderful place for your loved ones to call home and great place for employment!
While researching assisted living facilities for my mother, I have twice called this facility for a tour. No one has ever returned my inquires.
PLEASE NOTE: A LOT OF REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM PAST EMPLOYEES THAT WERE TOLD TO GIVE A GOOD REVIEW FROM UPPRER MANAGEMENT. I was fired from this facility after working there ten months. They fired me while I was on medical leave and was about to come back. I was on medical leave from having a bad case of covid, contracting it from working there. Yes, I have picture proof of screenshots. And yes, your family members will be neglected here because they can t keep staff. They are always getting new management ever feel months because they can t deal with BreAnna Hacker, corporate person who travels buildings. BreAnna is a very hard person to work with. She s very rude, isn t polite to employees that aren t management, and makes assumptions without proof (once again, I have proof.) The only time she was polite to me was asking if I d be a med tech . I declined the offer several times not because I wasn t a med tech other places of employment but because when BreAnna would teach the med tech class she didn t FULLY teach my coworkers everything. I know this from working along side coworkers that took her class, they d be confused on what to do with something. I d tell them the solution and then ask weren t they taught that in the class, they most the time replied no, or that they don t think so. The only saving Grace there is Emma! Emma the Activities director and Caretaker. She s the most caring person. I ve witnessed her quite literally run to residents in need. She s put everyone either on assisted living side or memory care washed, dressed and in bed on the afternoon shift herself, because they had no staff otherwise to help her.
This facility is Absolutely Gorgeous. From the open floor plan to the two Beautiful waterfalls and a BBQ with an outdoor eating area. You will think you are at a modern hotel not an Assisted Living facility. The Staff and Management are very caring and helpful every time I visit. They have the residents best interests at heart. Parking seemed to be the only issue I had but they probably didn't think they would grow so fast.
Toured the place and realized it was a ghost town. 30% capacity and no one to be seen anywhere. I only thought it looked nice, that's about all I could say. I was going to try and bring my Mom there to see it herself and maybe see if it was just an off day when I toured, but then I called twice and no one ever picked up the phone to answer it to schedule a second tour. If they can't answer a phone, then that's a good indication not to put a loved one here. Make sure to read reviews from residents, not staff. Good ratings are written by staff, not residents.
I was honored to visit this beautiful facility and meet some of the caring, doting staff. I was impressed by the personal relationships between staff and clients.
The clients were happy and well cared for. The rooms are spacious.
The decor was homey and soothing.

Very beautiful looking facility. The receptionist Chelsea, was extremely friendly. The staff was all very friendly and parking was plentiful as well. I took a tour of the place and was very impressed!
Very impressed. Took a tour and fell in love with the environment from the staff to the food all the way down to the decor. This facility gives me the peace of mind I need when deciding on a location for my loved one. Way to go Brighton manor you didn't disappoint.
