Been in my house one month over a year and I am very disappointed in Bright Homes customer service. Unfortunately this is not a new problem with Bright, I read the reviews shortly after my purchase and read Customer Service was horrible, talked with several neighbors who have been here for years and was told the same thing. When I first got my keys I was thrilled but now that I have settled in, there has been problem after problem with construction. I faxed over a customer service request 8 days after my year anniversary and never heard from customer service, I had to leave several messages before a customer service rep called me to find out what the problem was and set up a day to come out and review the problem. About a week after the rep came out, took pictures, I was told that they were not going to pay to fix the problem, even though this problem has been recurring since we moved in but the rep offered to come out and show me how to fix it? REALLY? This is not a new problem, this is something that was brought to their attention weeks after we moved in and has been recurring throughout the house. So I feel since this has been recurring problem since my move in that this is a drywall/construction error and they should be more than willing to correct it. Just poor quality workmanship. Because I no longer feel this way, I must retract the following statement: " Got my keys to Lot #95 ,The Falls at Yosemite Vista on March 14, 2016 and I must say I am so pleased with the Customer service, Building Superintendent and Builders of my home! Was very scared in the beginning because was not familiar with Builder and its reputation, but this has been a wonderful Experience! The overall experience has had some problems but Customer Service has stepped up and made sure They put my needs First! Must say to anyone building a home from scratch, do your homework with tile details on designing a kitchen, bathrooms or any area where tile will go, Looking at a samples and determining what looks nice was difficult for me and I've had to change my tile in the master bathroom already. Consider the size of the space and how close the areas are to each other when choosing backsplashes for sinks and showers. Also consult with friends who are in the construction business to help you with questions you may have during the building phase. The more you know the smoother the process will be! Thanks Bright for such a PERFECT home! Everything came to together and exceeded my expectations! I am so happy!"
