Today one of the driver from your company came around 9.10 am to pick some one from the motel and after picking the client he run the car over parking divider stones .He drags the stone up to 10 to 15 feet .I think it is too dangerous for the safety of the people seating in the car and on the road as his driving ability are questionable. The whole incident is on CCTV recordings.
If he has made mistake he should correct it before leaving the property.In future all the briggs taxi's driver should stand out side the motel parking lot on street or they will be ticketed.

I am a frequent business traveler and will only use Briggs for my airport transfers. All of the drivers are pleasant and easy to communicate with. I never have to worry if they will show up at the airport. They are always there on time and where they say they will be! Kevin especially is the best driver you can get. Truly the best!

DO NOT use this cab company, using them is at your own RISK. They pretend to be good, but very unprofessional. One of their drivers and dispatch officer pull a shady deal on me, they quote you one price before the trip and a different price at end of the trip without detailed explanation how they came up with such figures, when you challenge and ask why the price went up in such a bogus manner, they call the cops on you right away and have the cops question you in public, in such a way like you did something wrong for asking questions. It is a shame that this happens most of time to people of color, wasting the cops time over silly issues based on their shady business. SHAME

Briggs offers the best service in our area. Fast dependable service good prices. And they are wonderful people to work for. I have been a bus driver for them for 17 years. They care about there customers and the employees.

Love Them. Im new to the area so they all have been so helpful, polite, and kind. I call them anytime i need a ride. I highly recommend Briggs for transportation, they are the BEST around!!!

Rude, careless driver. Didn't have their mask on when pulling up. Put it up before we got in. I didn't want to get in but had no choice. If I get sick, I'll know from where. $20+ ride for about three blocks, and an attitude when telling them where to go.

Last minute we needed a ride for our son to LaGuardia Airport. I called , received great service on the phone. Price was right. Early to pickup, courteous and friendly driver. Needed someone I could trust to bring our son to the airport and this was the right choice. Definitely would recommend. Family local owned !
