Elements PH 1 is amazing. Great location/view, beach side massages/beach club. Don t want to leave. Miguel and Abril were responsive, professional and wonderful to work with. We will be back. Our only regret is we wish we could stay longer.
With a smaller group than originally planned we were able to switch to a bottom floor garden unit. The second night at 4am a flood began from the upper floors. It entered through the laundry light fixture as a waterfall and built a 4-6 inch deep pool of water throughout the entire condo. We worked for 4 hours to push the water out until the water was turned off after 8am. For all of our hard work to manage the flood and loss of use of the condo until it was fixed, we received no compensation from the Property Manager-Bric. I asked for something like a dinner in a restaurant, but received nothing.
Everything was quick and simple! They provided transportation, activities and were always available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend booking another trip with BRIC.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DK5 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
I was highly impressed with the studio layout and feel. There was
plenty of room, including a small kitchen, with a stove-top, and mini
fridge. The king size bed offers built in closets on each side for
storage/hanging clothes. The bed was incredibly comfortable too; we
had no issues falling asleep.
The space was white, bright, and impeccably clean. But that s not all;
it was also decorated in an elegant Disco theme! Made for some
great fun photos.
Located just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city life, you can
walk practically everywhere from the beaches, restaurants, shops,
and more. This was my favorite part about the place, we got to walk
and explore so many neat places authentic to Playa Del Carmen. We
stayed out late but always felt safe, the building has a code to get in
and a key for the room but at night we also had an overnight security
guard at the entrance.
Last but not least, the view from the rooftop, that also includes an
infinity pool! It was stunning; you could see the ocean and much
more.
We will definitely be returning soon!

We've stayed at Bric's condos multiple times now and each time we've worked with Abril as our main contact. She is AMAZING! She makes the booking process seamless. Amazing customer service, communication, and of course the condo units are beautiful. This last time we stayed at one of the Elements PH units and you could not ask for a better view and location! Definitely recommend this company and most certainly recommend you deal with Abril.
We stayed 20 days in Gaviotas 304 apartment. The house is located in the center of Playa del carmen. Although not on a main road, but the road is quite busy and at night you can hear the street noise. Unfortunately, the bedroom is on the street out (has not been apparent on the description). Opposite the apartment there are a few small houses, in one of them the dogs bark all night. You can sleep only with earplugs. The apartment is equipped with somewhat worn furniture, but everything was very clean. I wanted to wash clothes, after the water ran in, nothing worked. I reported this, someone came by immediately and brought our laundry to the cleaners. We did this twice more. Unfortunately, 2 shirts (unfortunately very expensive each 200 dollars) came back too small. Therefore, I also wanted to wash myself and have booked an apartment with washing machine! Savador, the guy was responsible for us, answers quick of our answers! The roof terrace is very nice, but not as shown in the picture of the advertisment, only a pretty run down deck chair. Conclusion: Apartment does not meet the standard of the price! Completely overpriced.
I have had the privilege of staying at Royal Palms #8 for a few months. The apt is huge and beautifully decorated in a small building in the best area of Playa. Close to fabulous restaurants, beach, tennis etc.
It was a short walk from the beach and just couldn't ask for anything more in a place to stay. The security guards at the gate were very welcoming with assistance at anytime we approached or left the complex. The rooms were clean and felt very comforting with the security and locked gates. Would definitely come back and stay here again,
HI Bric, THis unit is ocean front and has a roof top area that is divine. That is the only thing that got you a rating. The units needs maintenance. Barely any plates or cups or silverware, Communication about the wifi and tv was non existent. No help from any Bric employees. Never heard from anyone, no one to meet us upon check in, we had to learn all the ins & outs of TV, hot tub, and everything else on our own. Unit is in need of repair, lighting is poor in 2nd bath, many light switches do not work leavig access to roof top in total darkness. No mats for lounge chairs, Only 2 lounge chairs. Tile is missing from hot tub in numerous places. No ice maker, barley enough trash bags for the week. My request to have some items purchased for our arrival was never answered, I sent 3 emails. So of course nothing cold to drink on arrival. We have gotten better service from other condos in PLaya. Whoever your paying to help run that condo in Playa has a great job. They get paid and do nothing. There needs to be a better welcome sheet of info explaining things since no one shows up to help answer the basic Q's. Oh yes and only one key and the combo lock on front door does not work. This made it difficult if I wanted to go out and return later and my wife did the same and returned at a different time. Yes we left the key at front desk when we did this.
