We have had, on two occasions, needed to contact customer support for the book carts that we use. They got back to us within hours solving the problems efficiently. The latest, as it was under warranty, was a pleasant surprise. I cannot recommend their customer service more highly.
Bretford does make a good device charging cart, but their service is HORRIBLE!! We ordered a standard cart (no customization) back on November 11, 2016 and we just now were told it won't ship until December 14, 2016. Basically taking a "standard" cart almost 6 weeks to arrive. Again, a standard cart! Be careful with purchasing from them as you will wait a long time to get it!
Bretford has always produced a superior product. Their carts and charging lockers have always been an asset to the K-12 classroom!
I am pleased our high school proactively installed the Bretford TechGuard Connect charging lockers in their foyer hallway during e-learning (end of the 2020 school year). After communicating with the IT help desk, this was a convenient, safe way for our son to exchange his malfunctioning device and pick up his newly issued new device. Successful social distancing was maintained and we were able to pick it up at our convenience with the pin-code he was issued. Thank you!
