Never in my life have i ve been so disgusted my mother died and they threw her property in landfill which is a lie because the table was worth $3000 in the bedroom suit over $2000 so who sends out to landfill or better yet keeps it for themselves. They pass the buck on each other but I guess Dishonoring the deceased doesn t bother them you have ruined a family for life hope that makes them happy don t rent from them worst people in the world
They have a lot of properties to choose from and I had some in person experience before these ppl are great . They will do everything to make you happy and get you satisfied.Theres no BS about Boyd management.All the properties I've saw are in excellent condition .

We truly want the best for our residents & we push hard daily to ensure our properties are clean, maintenance is efficient and responds quickly, and that we listen to the needs of our residents.
We love meeting new applicants and showing our property to future residents or guests. We get great compliments from visitors every time, saying that we have a beautiful place & they want to live here. It makes the filling process effortless. Boyd gives us top quality subcontractors and vendors to keep our property maintained and standing out amongst the rest.

I ve been working with this great company for nearly 8 years so far. As with any task/job in life, we get out what we put in. Hard work does not go unnoticed here. They believe in promoting from within the company and offer lots of training and support.
If you are a self-motivated, positive thinking, team player who enjoys people and appreciates the opportunity to serve others, then I would venture to say a career in property management would be something you would enjoy. If you re not that type of personality, then you may not enjoy it...and possibly be one who would leave negative comments in a review board.
Boyd Management is known for being one of the best management companies in the business. They didn t get there by delivering mediocre management. Make no mistake, Boyd Management standards are high and all are expected to perform to the best of their abilities. This is why we have continual group and individual trainings and a great support system.
Lastly, I must commend them for their immediate action they have put in place to ensure the safety of all their staff & residents during this Covid-19 pandemic.
The hostess was very rude with me and my niece several times we would as general questions and she would give a smart remark in front of customers and employees. We had items left off our order more than once. A team lead came out to apologize and argue with me about a phone call that was had with a team member about a military discount and decided that she was not going to honor what her coworker had said. I told both the hostess and the team lead that Friday's experience was one of the worse that I experienced in a while and that me and my family probably wouldn't be back for a long while.
Boyd has been a staple in property management and development for many years. The staff is extremely competent and effective. As a contractor who has been to many of the properties that they manage and develop I can confidently say that the upkeep, maintenance, management, landscaping and implementation is bar none.
At Sherwood Forest Apartments in Lugoff, SC : A great place to live. Spacious apartments with appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer hookup in Landry Room, private balcony, Central heat and air. Well maintained inside and outside. Security cameras surveillance 24 hours a day. Staff is courteous, professional, and attentive to the needs of the residents.
Although the communication is little to none, you guys shouldn t post mangers personal numbers. But it seems that is the only way to get answers.
I wish I could give this place a zero, the 2 folks I spoke to at corporate office today were terrible 1 told me that I should get a house if I want peace and quiet, the other told me they don t take calls at this number and hung up rather than provide me with a corporate number. I can t wait until the partners who paid so much money for these places to show back up on the property I ll have plenty to say.
