Though it is always crowded, it's for a reason! Good costumer service and always good food. Although they never fill my coffees all the way.

My other half loves the blueberry crumb muffins, along with their coffee. I think it's awesome they're open 24/7. All their baked goods are well made, beautiful and delicious. Their bread selection, especially the rye's are yummy, although I wish they had a coarse ground sourdough rye. The chicken pot pies are spiffy and so are all their paninis. Go there and give it a try, your taste buds will thank you for it.

Awesome staff ,great food and coffee but no one to clean tables when its busy on a Sunday morning. Only if that matters to you.

Other items include freshly baked bread, croissants, muffins, and delicate cakes. The German chocolate cake is amazing as well as the strawberry cheesecake. And the best part of all is they are open 24/7 & have 3 locations across Vancouver.

The cheesecake brownie is to die for ! This place is a must try.

Perfect spot to fulfill your midnight or late Friday night dessert cravings. I got the coconut mango mousse cake which layered with shreds of coconut as the bottom with a light coconut and mango mousse on the top. It was perfectly balanced with some grapes on top.

The price is affordable for its size, taste, and of course their hours!! Im so glad that I found a great neighborhood bakery I can always come back to.

Almost everything is good since it is a Breka. But the store is small and there isn't much space. Tables are very small and the round tables are only good for max 2 people. Pastries are awesome and beverages are ok. The best point is that it's a 24 hour coffeeshop which makes it a rarity in Vancouver.

Very yummy bakes and usually a wide selection of goodies to choose from. I like that they don't charge for milk alternatives in your drinks. Once inside the floor plan is be accessible except maybe for viewing the bread and drink menu. Door looks hard to navigate for a wheelchair user.

Fruit flies, a bonus ingredient in my torte?! I typically don't ever write reviews but making an exception due to the very poor customer experience with Breka on Fraser St, Vancouver. I bought a blueberry/raspberry torte on Sept 1st when I found live and dead fruit flies upon opening the box at home. WHAT?! I was insanely shocked and immediately called Breka back to report it. Veronica (the supervisor) took down my info and requested I return it for replacement - I live in Burnaby so it's about 1/2 hr away. From my wasted time and effort to do this (not customer's fault) one would think the company would do the right thing and offer the customer back the replacement PLUS a full refund of the product...right? WRONG...! Veronica said it was either a store credit OR a replacement (not both) based on the direction she received from the store owner on the phone. I did not agree and advised the company should actually even offer the customer any other bakery good (irregardless of a higher price difference) for their mistake as a good courtesy gesture. NOPE! Owner said (after a second escalated phone call) that replacement will need to be equal the price of original product or store credit. Feeling dumbfounded on the poor customer service, I told Veronica to just get me a FRESHLY baked torte from the back. Afterwards, she apologized but I told her to send a message to the owner that they just lost a customer for life --- I will NEVER return again. Importantly, I told her it's not her fault (she was simply a messenger and trying to do her job) but 100% owners responsibility of not making it right to the customer. I left and two days later....I received a early morning phone call at 05:04 ( yes, 5 in the freakn' morning) from Breka that not only woke me up from sleep but further angrying me from this whole ordeal (they got my name and contact info earlier from the previous day). I nevered answered and went back to sleep. Breka mgmt --- if you are reading this, don't ever call your customers so early in the morning (you might have just started your shift but that doesn't mean it's convenient to rudely call anytime to anybody) and go back to taking customer service training 101. Honest to god, you should be ashamed of how you treated me!!!!

Friendly staff made a good London fog, open 24 hours!

It is very nice to have 24/7 cafe in that city. Bakery delicious. However chai is not the best in my life.

Fantastic bakery, so many delicious sweets and baked goods. they make my favourite jelly doughnuts, and the girlfriend loves their mousse

It's just like any other Breka: good quality pastry and friendly people.

I've tried almost all their doughnuts and ~2 types of cakes. Ive ordered the white chocolate cake for a bday once. In general it's pretty good. Doughnuts are better than Tim's but maybe not as well crafted as some other brioche doughnut bakeries. Still would come in for a doughnut and coffee/drink and appreciate your work.

They're open extremely late for a cafe/bakery though!!! (:

They have a paniniz to die for and a very intoxicating white hot chocolate!! A nice n unique selection of pastries with amazing drinks as well!!

Barista screwed up a very simple coffee order, and then lied about it. THEN they forgot my food order. Terrible service. Won't be going back.

First time here. Vegan white bean, roasted veggie sandwich was fantastic! Huge, well seasoned, tender veggies. Get it with the pickle.

Very good breads and good coffee, the place is small but quiet and pleasant, the prices are fair and you receive good attention from the managers.

Small local bakery that makes their own pastries and best of all their donuts are anything but ordinary.

So I went there today, just like any normal day. I am a regular customer and go there mostly because I study there and order many things. But today was different, I just ordered a regular coffee and wasn't feeling like getting anything else. But I would have eventually because I respect that I should buy something to sit there.

But soon, all of the servers there started giving me angry looks(especially an Asian blonde girl), she said straight to my face that you need to get out(two of my friends came soon, didn't know they were coming too, two of them were having coffee, I was having nothing), so I said they're having coffee, I'm sitting with them, she said no, it's not like that, you need to get out.

It doesn't matter how many people are having something, as long as they don't occupy more than one table, and we weren't.

I mean I love Breka Bakery, I love the staff and the environment. I've been to every branch of it. But now, I won't be visiting the Fraser branch anymore. I work in the same industry as well and I'm damn sure this is not sure how you treat regular customers.

Experiences matter more than the food you guys make, and you just ruined it for me and my friends.

This was just one of many desserts but they are next level good. The chocolate cheesecake brownie, lemon pudding loaf.. the list goes on. They also have sandwhichs and great coffee. Add that they're 24 hours in a city with so few places open all the time and it's a must visit.

Nice coffee place with pastries sold at a cheap price. Good value for money.

Really disapointing, they charge me $6 for this old bread. Please check what they put into a bag before you pay them.

Great coffee, friendly staff. Not a huge amount of seating, but that's only a problem if you're visiting at peak times. The signature drinks are my favorite thing about Breka, and they don't charge extra for syrups or soy milk.

Excellent selection of breads, cakes, pastries, grilled sandwiches, other savoury treats. My favorite is the mushroom quiche.

This place has great atmosphere, and even better food. The sandwiches are surprisingly really delicious for a 24hr cafe, the bread stays nicely moist and the cheese always perfectly melted. Their desserts are always amazing as usual ranging from cheesecakes to fresh bake cookies packed with delightful flavours. A personal favorite for sandwiches that I recommend is the steak and cheese!

staffs are rude and they all seem unhappy at work. They show NO respect to delivery driver. Please know that drivers could be your potential customers!!!

Somewhat pricy, but have yet to have anything bad from here. Love that it's open 24/7. Would reccomend the chocolate almond croissant. Sad that I don't live by it anymore.

Wow first time get a vanilla late no flavor in it and burnt coffee !I politely ask for a new one I get scowled at and made a new one with an extreme amount of vanilla ! A second time I make an order waiting and waiting to get no coffee ! Service is not good through the day it is horrible and will never go back !mad props to the night staff they have always been good ! maybe fire all the daytime staff they are not nice people !

This is an awesome 24 hour bakery. Very pleasant to get some coffee and pastry and work. Remember that It's very busy and noisy though.

Challah bread on Fridays and tiramisu everyday - open 24/7!

Awesome affordable food but a very big missed opportunity to not have bigger tables to study as they are 24 hours.

Very lovely bakery with delicious food and very polite and prompt staff. I wish everyone a merry holidays for 2019. The food here is also so good I hope everyone has time to try it one day.

Great delicious cakes and pastries. Always busy, hard to find seating being a 24 hrs place. Sometimes difficult to find parking and need to walk quite a ways from the side residential streets for parking.

Tasty treats and really cozy atmosphere! Great place to study or hang out with friends.

Nice staff and a great selection of drinks and snacks. It's gets a bit busy and we had to wait a bit for a seat so be prepared for that. I only been once as I don't live in BC, but I would visit it again next time I travel through inshaa`Allah.

I really like this place because it offers a wide variety of nice pastries. I gave it a 4 because the queue most times could be really long, so it might not be the best place to choose to grab a quick bite.

The first time I came here I was overwhelmed with the amount of delicious food choices they had there! I ordered the shepherds pie and a hazelnut filled donut. Delicious! The fact that it's also 24 hours is amazing!

It's been like a year ago. My first time again to be here, surprisingly, customer service is not what I expect. Cashier, older lady, was not really focused of what she's doing. There was a miscommunication and with a long line up, she's still wasting her time telling me what she heard although I know, she didn't hear me well. Looks like, she can't handle pressure. I stopped the arguments because I feel bad to those people behind me.
The Matcha Cream Puff, Tiramisu, Dolce de Leche and Hazelnut Donuts are excellent.

I love this place. The goodies are great! If the server just did not forget some of my orders making me go back and forth and made me line back because she said the cake is not available but it is, my review would have been 5 stars.

Open 24*7 this place is an awesome place to serve your sweet tooth. Grab a cake for your friend if you forgot to get one. Nice coffees amazing staff , always ready to serve. They ahve juices as well . Bus stop just in front. Easy to reach sit and enjoy, warm people. Most people coming here can feel the true taste.

I would definitely get together with a friend and visit for coffee and a tasty treat ! Glad to have discovered it !

This was one of the few places where an old European can still buy a loaf of bread that reminds you of the old country. Unfortunately it's been sold to Chinese and slowly turning into something totally different. May not go there to much longer.

Love their cakes! but no one picks up the phone so unable to pre order anything... Very inconvenient.

Ice Americano is very very tasty. Unique flavor. Would have thought, how special can it be. But wow.

My coffee was terrible and my sandwich was burnt! So expensive! The baked goods are good but that's it. Seriously upset about the price of the burnt sandwich.

Customer service is awesome, the food are mouth watering and the prices reflect the quality of the food. Sometimes i even think the prices are too low for the great stuff that they carry LOL. The atmosphere is so relaxing, even when there is a long line up, it still feels very homey and chilled.
