Ordered a wing mirror via this service. However all they did was pay the provider without telling them the part I needed. Only found this as I had waited for the part and 10 days later it hadn't arrived. Absolute rubbish, will not use again.

Since I'm in the middle of building a Caterham kit car I need quite a few carparts that are not that easy to find. Fortunately for me a fellow colleague of mine recommended I pay Breakyard a visit. I did and I have to tell ya they did not disappoint. Out of my 15 parts list I got 12 of them on the next day and the rest on the third day. The quality of the parts was really great but it was actually the great prices that made me become a regular customer.

Brilliant concept that works pretty well I have ordered a few bits through breakeryard and usually find what I want. Everything from a rear bumper for the wife's Puma to a factory tool kit for my Jag. Excellent.

Not as they state as they are not a breakers yard at all just a middle man that is interested in making a cut for the part you need from a supplier. Plus as they get a cut its not actually yard prices is it that you get.

Once you sign up for your quote is impossible to unsubscribe, no option on emails or your account. They will bombard you for ever with unwanted spam emails. I have reported them to the ombusdman. Also the prices theg send you are ridiculous expensive, new parts on the market half a price comparing to their used parts prices.

Once again brilliant quick and reasonably priced service from Breakeryard. I have uesd it 4 or 5 times in last year and always had quote within hours and orders received very promply. Please keep doing it as my old cars will always need bits, cheers xx

I have got an quote from this Website to my email, One of Seller called MR. Breaker Ltd called me and Take my requirements. I have ordered Tail light (PassSide )for Vauxal corsa 2008 on Jan 6th. For this part they charge me 39.40 (I have statement also). They sent Part to wrong address that is COMPLETELY their mistake and IGNORANCE. I waited for 4-5 Working days. Finally They said SORRY We sent part to wrong Address and Now Part was delivered to MR BREAKER LTD. I was unable to drive whole week and Part was not delivered.
I called TO MR BreakerLtd, Those people are so RUDE I never face like them before in my life. SO rude They dont know what service they are doing. Zero Knowledge on Customer Call receiving. I really Hate them.
One of the Colleague from MR BreakerLtd said We will refund money on 11th Jan. Today is 22nd Jan Still I havent received any refund. I again called to MR BreakerLtd , Then new colleague Pick my call, They asking again why what happened, Same Story I have to repeat. Then new colleague saying WE WILL REFUND MONEY 38.40 but Actually they CHARGE ME 39.40. Also telling they will take another 5 working days for this Refund.

I HATE MR BREAKER LTD, PLEASE Brake Yard STOP sending QUOTES from them. So That your reputation will also going to BAD.
Please STOP this from your side. As A customer I am really not happy with MR.Breaker LTD service.

first time using and very disappointed.i order a steering rack for my mondeo on Thursday paid 130 pounds incl delivery.supposed to come this Tuesday.so I left my car at garage waiting for the part didn't arrive till Wednesday then I call the supplier they first told me they will check the courier and call me back.so they didn't.i call them later and one guy told me that rack was leaking so they refund my money.what a good result.waste my whole week for not working rack.absouletly waste of time..now my garage couldn't do anything till Monday so its costing me week of not being able to work...............

Cant get through every time you phone you get a machine (or mini advert) that then puts you through they answer then hang up obviously they have major staffing problems

The part I requested is not an everyday part,but this was no bother.It arrived within a couple of days,and was spot on.Would recommend them.

The person that I dealt with through them I would never deal with again, I'm assuming that they never review the companies on their books or if they do then I'm even more disgruntled. Customer service non existent. Be careful would be my advise.
